We loved our room - beds were comfortable- overall very clean. The tub was superb - deep and long! We loved the convenience of the hotel restaurant, Juniper - as it was raining and we did not want to venture out. We had a delicious meal with great staff !

Our bathtub stopper was not working and the shower curtain was brand new and had an annoying plastic smell. After a call to the front desk - a repairman came up quickly to the room and fixed it. Also - there was no ice - we had to call front desk.

Overall; very nice staff, comfortable room, great valet, visually pleasing.

The bar. The bartenders don't look up to see where their customers are. I politely waited in line for over 20 minutes with 2 other people, while the bartenders made exotic drinks for the people directly in front of them. You had an excellent performer in the lounge area(the only reason that we walked into the bar) who was only booked until 6pm. I asked a server with a tray if she could bring a drink into the lounge for me because I wasn't getting served at the bar and she simply stated the she could not. Please consider booking the artist for a longer period or a later time.

Hotel Vermont is our favorite hotel in Burlington. It's perfectly located a few blocks from the Church Street shopping and dining area. Parking is conveniently located in an adjacent public ramp which the hotel covered (it's only $12 a day otherwise). The front desk staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Since this was a last minute trip we were very happy to get a room with nice view of Lake Champlain. We enjoyed drinks and snacks in the outdoor bar area that has a slight view of the lake, but there's also a 2nd floor terrace/gathering space for guests with a better view of the lake. We really enjoy Hotel Vermont and were happy to see that it's still as nice as we remembered from our last visit over 10 years ago.

It's probably just our clumsiness but both of us have bruised shins from banging into the edges of the wooden platform beds.

Perfect location! Came for UVM accepted students day and was a quick Uber to campus. Was able to walk back in the afternoon. Ate at the James Beard restaurant next door, a short walk to Church St shops, bars and restaurants. We also ate and drank in the lobby, my husband said the omelet was amazing. Great selection. Room and bathroom were large, clean and well- equipped. Really appreciated the coffee and water station on each floor! Staff were very friendly and helpful!!

Nada!

Probably the nicest and best hotel experience I have ever had. The lighting and ambiance from the lobby, bar, room floors, and rooms themselves was absolutely gorgeous. Water and coffee available on every floor, comfortable rooms with updated HVAC systems, nice shower, clean everything. An absolute dream. Even the restaurant's food was legitimately fantastic.

We were just steps away from Lake Champlain. Church Street was also pretty close. We loved the refreshment station on our floor. They offered ice, water, carbonated water!, coffee, tea, milk and plant based milk. There was a basket full of peaches as well!. The gym was steps from our room, that was awesome. The restaurant, Juniper, was amazing!

The mattress wasn't too comfortable for me. My husband slept great, though. The walls were a bit thin.

Great location and they were very helpful in suggesting local restaurants and stores for our daughter’s college move in! It was also great they had coin-operated laundry machines available to wash her sheets for her dorm. Loved being able to borrow their bikes and ride by the lake!

Elevator was a little unreliable on the first day but after that, no issues.

The location is a TEN. Walkable to the waterfront and Church Street. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The room is beautifully appointed. Don't miss the flannel robes!

The coffee at the Juniper Room. It's terrible. Tastes like vinegar--even the staff thinks this but it's some special blend. And the machines on the floor don't work well.

Staff, room, amenities, location - all of these were exceptional. The room set up in unlike any other hotel and I thought it was perfect, you can’t see into the rooms like in other hotels so you have that extra level of privacy. Walking distance to pretty much everything. Just all around a wonderful visit.

I was there for the eclipse so the room was overpriced - but so was every hotel room in Burlington.

Location was ideal for me as hotel is close to both train station and bus station. The quick access to the Island Line trail for a nice walk or run by the lake was great, too. Juniper restaurant on the hotel premises was a relaxing place to have breakfast. I hope I can go back one day and enjoy the free bicycle rental provided by the hotel.

Wifi connection was fine but quite patchy in my room.
