It was new looking, clean, comfortable, and friendly. I loved that the room wasn’t carpeted so there was no worrying about what germs might be hanging out in the carpet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and quietly. I liked that across from the elevators there were white boards with local attractions and food and drink locations listed on them. Good info for a tourist. The person behind the desk was friendly.

My refrigerator made noise, and so I unplugged it. I reported it when I checked out and was told it would be checked out. There was no microwave.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room arrangement was optimal. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with appropriate toiletries, specifically, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. The shower was spacious and safe, with a non-slip floor and grab bar. The beds were very comfortable. The location was central to many activities. Breakfast was available for 3 hours on weekdays and 4 hours on weekends, which I found extremely flexible.

The breakfast was good, but it could have been better with a few additional items.

We enjoyed our weekend stay for our daughter's volleyball tournament at VT. This was our first time staying at a Tru by Hilton. The hotel was perfectly located near the school, restaurants, and stores. The rooms and facilities were very clean and well stocked. The breakfast was delicious, and all of the staff was so kind and helpful! We are actually booking another hotel for the next tournament and actually chose another Tru location as well. But this particular location, was a top-notch location and facility!

The space was very clean and entertaining. Loved that there was a pool table in the lobby with plenty of games and TV's. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

There were no microwaves in the rooms which made it hard to heat up our daughter's bottles in the night. The rooms were not very sound proof compared to other hotels I have stayed at. You can hear very clearly those above you and out in the hallway. Several times we thought someone was knocking on our door when they were several rooms down.

The hotel was new with nice decor. The rooms were a good size with laminate flooring and tile in the bathroom. The bathroom and shower were a good size. However, the water pressure was not the best. The breakfast offered a selection of hot and cold food choices like most Hiltons.

Unfortunately, the hotel was very noisy. The hotel sits next to the highway and you would have thought effort would go into sound proofing because of this. Unfortunately, I heard the traffic and trucks all night long. In addition, I could hear everyone in the next room as well.

It was clean outside as well an inside. The room was the best, the bathroom was perfect for a disabled person. The shower was so nice. Having a flooring instead of carpeting, I think allows people to see dirt for cleaning.

Due to the hurricane Helaine and the swathe of the storm, had a drinking water problem. Some guests were not given this information prior to check-in. So some people drank the water in their rooms. Eventually the staff made people aware and gave bottle water.

Friendly staff, everything was clean even public restrooms on 1st floor. Decent breakfast selections with good hours from 6-9am during the week. Room was adequate, only I missed was having a microwave to reheat my coffee.

Small microwave in the room would have been nice but not a deal breaker. Pancake machine line was long so a faster machine would have been nice, however not in your control. Security cameras in the parking lot would be appreciated by guests.

Breakfast was fine but nothing special. Room was clean but a little spartan.

We found aa lack of coffee maker in the room a problem. We had difficulty getting soap out of the hand soap dispenser. I appeared almost empty. Finally, since there were two of us using the room it would have been nice to have two chairs, rather than only one.

Great breakfast with hot and cold options. Particularly appreciated proteins (eggs, sausage) in addition to carbohydrates (pancakes, cereal, baked items). I don't drink coffee, but the coffee station received high praise from the group of morning guests gathered around it.

The hydration station on our floor only dispensed ice, and not water. Had to go to ground floor to refill water bottles. A minor inconvenience, though, and not a major complaint.

The beds are so comfortable! We usually try and find a Tru By Hilton hotel when we are needing to go out of town. The rooms are so clean and cool looking. The bathroom is very clean and spacious! My kids love the downstairs where they can hang out and play games.

Just a couple of things, but they wouldn't keep us from staying in the future. 1. Lack of storage space 2. Microwave in the room (I know there is one downstairs)
