The staff is always welcoming no matter the price I pay. The rooms are clean and not overdone with cleaning fragrances. The linens are very clean, as expected. Rooms have a refrigerator and microwave. Good lighting on the property. Felt safe, but still always pay attention to surroundings.

The odd metal frame under the mattress is a bit noisy and too close to the bed edge. The TV's could use some upgrading. Breakfast ends a bit early. The entrance to the property needs a little road work.

The location in relation to Kings Dominion was convenient and made getting to the park easy. Check in was quick, which I appreciated after 10+ hours on the road. Room was large and clean, bed was comfortable. Room had both a fridge and a microwave. Quiet and relaxing after a long day at the park. My key card stopped working and the staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly and got my problem resolved quickly.

There weren't too many food or grocery options around the immediate area, so Door dash ended up being a good option. This is not something I blame the hotel for, it was just worth mentioning.

No breakfast. maid attempted to shortchange me a towel second day there. Third day was Sunday, she shortchanged me a face towel. To avoid any problem, I left one of mine to make up for the one she withheld. This way they could not charge me for a missing face towel. Untrustworthy maid service. I take photos to avoid this problem.

Room was clean, but could use some maintenance on the weatherstripping around the door and the grout in the shower, which is missing in several places. Water pressure wasn't great, but got the jonb done. I checked in at midnight. so didn't make it to breakfast.

Check in took a while, considering I had already done it through the app.

Location was great. Plenty of parking

Bathroom needed some work. Toilet paper holder was broke. The main door had pry marks on it from crowbar. The door wouldn't lock. The door latch was broken as well.

We are a family of 3 people stayed here for 1 night on our way to DC. Everything was very good. The place was clean, quiet, we had a good breakfast. The staff is very quick for any kind of help. Highly recommend.

I was coming off of 95 and given the time of night (11:20pm) and the fact I had been driving for so long (umm, 8 hours str8), I needed something quick-and fast. Enter, Econo Lodge…I saw their killer rates and was almost hesitant that the property might, ya know, have issues or something like that. I got lucky, I really did. I don’t write reviews for one, but wanted to give this place props for 1) allowing my large boxer for like a mere 10 extra bucks and 2) the spaciousness of the room and 3) again, the price. I couldn’t live out or run a business out in the middle of nowhere like that so I respect that because the staff were FRIENDLY. It’s not gonna kill anyone to be nice and even make small talk, which these people did. I’m from DC-so I feel like I see a lotta tourism and understand all these different attitudes. Maybe, maybe not, whatever. Bottom line-these folks were straight up. They honored the listed price here. No fuss, No muss (or whatever, LoL) and I got to crash…good looks Econo!

The room was big. Had a fridge and microwave.Had wifi that was good.

Had an Awesome tv, but you could not watch it. Had good wifi but you couldn't stream either! 😢

Bed was very firm... the platform base is noisy...but all and all it was a place to lay my head.
