We liked just about everything. We went down to use the pool and wasn't able too. There was 5 kids that was jumping together into the the whole time making it impossible for others to use. We did use rfe whirl pool. That was really nice. But there was no towels for anyone to use. Let rge staff know but the towels never came. I our room there was no hot water and rfe hair dryer didn't work.

When we came to check in. No one was at the desk. We waited about 30 minutes before anyone came. Not a very good start to our visit at all.

I liked the convenience, my boyfriend and I went to Kings Dominion earlier that day and the drive from the park to the hotel was 16 minutes

Our TV kept flicking on and off during our short stay we thought we were gonna have to inform the front desk but it worked itself out, we stayed in room 205

Hotel clean. Bed very comfortable. Loved the shower. Pool and whirlpool closed which was very disappointing. Breakfast was not good. The eggs and sausage were cold. The biscuits and sausage gravy was awful. The front desk staff SHEBONY was absolutely amazing. So friendly, helpful , hospitable. She was a gem which made our stay wonderful. Thank you.

there were 2 things I did not like. THE BATHROOM LIGHT CIMES ON WITH THE EXHAUST FAN WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN HOOKED UP SEPERATLY . THE SOAP DESPENSER SHOULD HAVE BEEN EITHER MOUNTED ON THE BATHROOM COUNTERTOP OR AT LEAST MUCH LOWER TO OPERATE IT.

The location was wonder close near a gas station apple bees and mc Donald's the breakfast set up by Faith was amazing she always made sure the food was restocked and warm she stayed on top of the breakfast making sure everyone had enough to eat. There were towels in the pool area restocked the room had new towels every day room service was amazing the hallways were clean the tv had shows for both adults and kids to enjoy .

The pool was closed on day 2 of our stay but we went out that day. The bugs in VA are huge and very annoying even with bug spray

There was a faint smell in our room... couldn't say what exactly it was. It wasn't awful... just THERE. Glad I brought a candle from home

I loved the in-room spa was great. Not too many places still have them, if you want a spa go here. Other then that, it was a basic holiday inn. They are always nice enough, and are a pleasant experience. Hotel is hidden behind some stores, so you cannot see it from the road very well.

The room could be colder. I do like a cold room

Room was clean, beds comfortable, breakfast good.

Upon arrival to room after check in, the temperature in the room was 93 degrees and most uncomfortable! We turned the heat off and had to leave door open to hall which did not offer privacy.

Comfortable, quiet, cozy, convenient

Loud bathroom fan, no towels or bathmat provided. Called the front desk about 5 times to get towels but it was busy every time. Eventually I gave up.

It is close to the events we were attending. Super clean and staff was really friendly and accommodating and it has the best breakfast. The wonderful lady who was in charge of breakfast was just as nice as she could be and never let anything run out and everything was hot and fresh. She was great but so was the front desk staff both when we checked and when we checked out. We felt welcomed and we definitely will stay here again.

Pull out couches are not very comfortable for adults but regular beds are great.
