The staff was very friendly and accommodated me well since my original place I booked was awful. I liked that you had to have a key to get into any of the doors, it made me feel extremely safe traveling alone. The room I had also had a full kitchenette for only $92 with taxes. You couldn’t beat the price

There was lack of communication because I requested a later checkout and two housekeepers came into my room without knocking before 11 which was typical check out time.

Clean, modern rooms, comfortable beds.

The strong odor of marijuana through out the halls. What appeared to be staff getting high in their vehicles before coming into work. A man in the lobby early morning who appeared to be stoned to the point of standing slumped over nearly drooling near the coffee bar.

Some of the other customers had huge dogs. One of them had two huge dogs . One of them put me in the mind of Cujo and we ended up in an elevator with him that stunk up the whole elevator. If you're not a dog person you may be kind of weary and scared at some of the sizes of the dogs. Wish they had a pool

The beds always make us sad when we leave because they’re sooooo comfy. Clean and secure hotel with excellent customer service.

Close to the Kings Dominion. The cleanliness. The space of the rooms was nice. Friendly accommodating staff.

No pool or hot tub. Huge smelly dogs were permitted. We saw 3 dogs and they all were huge. One was a Cujo looking dog that smelled up the whole elevator

The staff is helpful and place is comfortable.

I’m here away from home and my family and the fact that I have a stove top to cook. Because cooking relaxes me

How clean and neat everything was. Rooms nice and clean as well

Nothing honestly, my first room had a dirty towel on the floor soon as we walked in but they quickly gave me another room. Bed was small.

Secured facility, locked at all times, spacious rooms for price.

If your on the highway side of the hotel you hear the cars all night, not the best for light sleepers. My bed was squeaky when I moved but it’s not too uncomfortable.

It was my second stay and everybody was super nice.I would stay there again and I Would recommend it to anyone great place to stay
