This facility has the most friendly and professional front desk staff. AMAZING customer service. The room was clean and comfortable, not as large as other suite rooms, but perfect for a weekend getaway or business trip.

Although out of anyone's control, a large group of young adults/teens were in the lobby and dining area in the evenings and it was difficult for the staff to keep the area clean and the coffee stocked.

Room is great. Being a suite makes things less cramped - large area to get dressed and beds were very comfortable. Didn't make it for breakfast but it looked delicious.

Lighting around the perimeter of the building. For security purposes, it needs more lighting. Also, at night, it's hard to see and you can easily miss the hotel while driving. We had to make U-Turns multiple times bc we missed the hotel.

Courtney at the front desk and Management went above and beyond to make sure you were taken great care of. Entire Staff was friendly, helpful and smiling. Felt like you were visiting family. The young lady serving breakfast was awesome, kind and made sure you got whatever you wanted for breakfast under their menu. Awesome place and Staff

Property was amazing. Staff was top notch. Courtney at check in was the nicest desk associate I’ve encountered and made check in easy and quick. Pool was rated 100/100 by my kids. Rooms were clean, well maintained.

Beds are hard as a rock- not firm- HARD.

The room was spacious and very accommodating. Although the window faced the main road, the room darkening blinds made for a comfortable sleep. Heard people in the hallway more than I heard traffic noises.

While traveling for business I don't require much, usually just a bed. The receptionist/clerk was so expressive about the breakfast and it being complimentary I had to check it out at 7A the next morning. I was not impressed. Being on a strict KETO diet the only item I could have was a paper cup of juice. Most people have forgone the calorie loaded carbs presented by the rolls, scones, muffins and such provided. I did not notice any fruit options or simple bacon strips. Although coffee was provided - there was no tea or hot water. This was not up to Marriott standards and the whole breakfast area was dirty and needing tables wiped down. The young man tending the area was oblivious to the guests as he flirted with a young lady that worked behind the reception area.

I loved the breakfast!! to say the least lol… everyone was super friendly. my fiancée and I stayed on New Year’s Eve and staff was super kind even having to work on a holiday. I loved the ceiling fan in the room and this is by far one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been to! hot tub and pool working and was nice to hang out in for some kick back time before stepping out . which the area the hotel is located in is perfect. you have everything you can think of and even about 8 miles away is a wal mart if you can’t pick between the million shops that’s are located right outside the hotel!! great job would def stay again!!

Nice pleasant and relaxing vibe upon entry. Easy check in process. Wish I had a chance to experience more amenities but will definitely spend a weekend here in the near future. This was just an overnight stay, conference next day.

Bathroom floor tile between the toilet and tub needs repair. One lamp bulb was blown out and thermostat battery needed to be changed.

The staff was amazing and the room was spacious.

The beds were uncomfortable, and the tub bottom is too rounded. There is no flat bottom and I was afraid of falling. The toilet seat was flimsy and folded when I sat on it. A few improvements are needed. The thermostat battery was dead and the AC was running continually. We needed to call for maintenance to avoid freezing. They did come very promptly and fixed the thermostat.

I just didn’t like how when I went up to drop my keycard off the girl was on the cell phone talking to a friend and two other girls were outside. I had to wait to talk to the girl on the phone until she hung up. She was very nice but it’s just not cool to be on your cell at work. Wouldn’t stop me from coming again

From the time we checked in, until the time we checked out everything was very nice. Will definitely stay again if we are making a trip to Richmond.

The Remote to the TV did not cooperate well. Even after we replaced the one that was already in the room Went without watching TV. Over all it was a very nice stay. Will stay there again.
