The back door kept broken as couple months ago. Nobody take care of it, May it means safety is not a issue in that area? But as I marked last time, I had noticed it, this time, it's still no change.

Hire one more worker to rotate some position, then everyone should know what others are doing when they do something else. Easy to fill the gap when needed, say fix some small job without waiting for contractor (electrician/plumber).

The room was fine the bed was comfortable. the lighting was adequate. The location was good. The room was relatively quiet for being a corner room.

The breakfast was not even a continental breakfast. They only had some muffins. When we had grab and go breakfast before there was at least yogurt. The floors were a bit sticky and not moped recently. There was no access to the hall from the outside. you had to go in from the lobby.

I love the customer service at the front desk. The lady was very nice and courtious. I like that the hotel is clean.

The hotel needs minor repairs. I stayed in room 222 and the toilet almost flipped over when I sat on it. The smoking rooms should be aired out while cleaning them. It makes it seem like the room not clean. Spread on the bed had holes in it. And the bed was springy and uncomfortable. For the price they charging they can do better. The breakfast was boring

My A/C unit was extremely loud, Needed some service, Had to keep it turned off. So ,I could sleep.

It's very clean and they are very respectful I would love to stay for ever until they place me in a shelter but my funds had ran out.

They banged on our door at 9 AM in the morning to ask us if we’re leaving we didn’t get there until 4 AM

The front desk on duty was very good. She went above and beyond. Walked into our room, with my permission of course, to replace the remote control battery and asked if we need anything else.

So hot inside the ice machine room. Needs some kind of ventilation.
