Very convenient location just off the interstate. We were traveling from SC to NY and Richmond was a good stopping point. Staff was friendly and informative. Hotel was in walking distance of restaurants (mostly fast food and chain restaurants) but the hotel has a list of different types of restaurants within driving distance. We arrived late and tired and this was very helpful.

Not a lot of choices at breakfast. I was ok with that but I can see other people being disappointed. The hotel is also being renovated but it didn't affect us.

Good location as we were traveling and arrived late. Easy to access the route we were on. The hotel was under remodel which was posted everywhere. The room was fine. I have been to better Hampton Inns but chalked it up to the renovations. Breakfast was good and clean.

We were given a handicapped accessible room even though we had booked a regular King room. Very spacious with lot’s of room! The bed was soft but comfortable. Adequate number of pillows. The small refrigerator kept everything very cold. We did not use the coffee maker as there was 24 hr coffee in the lobby. Staff were excellent and very welcoming. The girls who checked us in even recommended a nearby restaurant which was very good. Breakfast was really good. Fresh omelettes with your choice of items to put in them; bagels, whole wheat & white breads, hot oatmeal and waffles and pastries & muffins for dessert. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and truly made the difference from an ok stay to a very good one. The room was clean but the bed linens had some stains. I know they were washed, but it was unpleasant.

The staff was very polite and accommodating. The room was clean and updated.

The hot tub water was very slimy and slightly green, the bed in the room was as hard as the floor.

Staff were brilliant, lads on night shift were so helpful knowing we had laundry to do and yet laundry was not working. Thank you so much!

The breakfast was great. The bed was a bit hard for my wife and I. Pool was awesome for my grandchild who is basically a fish in water.

Just a couple of kids screaming and making a lot of noise at the pool. There were at least 10 other adults and kids that were being considerate. I think they were annoyed by the noise too.

Breakfast was great. Location was perfect location from my nephew’s house. Wonderful staff also happy and friendly. Definitely will stay here again.

One of the queen bed needs a new mattress. It was like sleeping on springs. The sofa sleeper did not have bedding.

front desk check in lady was Amazing . she had 101 task she was trying to juggle all at once and stayed patient and calm smile never left her face . forget her name but she was working 3-11 the night the I checked in .

Great central location, with restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. The rooms were a really good size, perfect for our family of five. The gym was small, but perfect for our needs. we were also able to enjoy the pool area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well.

The pool and hot tub were fine, however the flooring was slippery and lighting could be better.
