We realized within minutes of entering our room that the neighbors were going to be a problem. We could hear lots of people, loud talking, and music playing. We immediately went to the front desk to ask to be moved. The ladies were very accommodating, not only moving us but upgrading us to a bigger room on a very quiet floor. They also made it clear that the residents of the noisy room were short lived. We slept like babies in our lovely room and were so grateful for the response.

Always like staying here. The staff is professional, friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. The KING SUITE is very spacious and exceeded our expectations.

I was very shocked and disappointed that we weren't allowed to check out at 12pm. I was told the rooms were sold out so the entire time span from 11:00 am to 3pm was needed for the staff to clean. However, I checked to book another night's stay and there was availability so I called the front desk and was told that if I book another night I wouldn't have to leave the room at all. I don't appreciate being lied to. If the rooms were truly sold out, I wouldn't have the option of booking another night. This incident was unpleasant and puts into question booking future stays. Breakfast food is 👎🏽. Apple juice is colored water.

Room was very clean & spacious! Staff customer service was exceptional & quiet location.

Wasn't pleased with the complimentary breakfast; really needs a serious upgrade ! Being a chef for over 20yrs now, I definitely critique any hotel Breakfast choices wherever I stay ! Hot dishes consisted of only scramble eggs ( powdered of course ) fresh or liquid would be a better choice ! Turkey sausage that was overcooked, mini biscuits with runny sausage gravy , juice machine dispenser had watered down juices ! Maybe try individual juices instead of serving paying hotel customers watered juices ! More variety on fresh fruit selection was very limited and not appealing! No potatoes or oatmeal was offered at all which were deal breakers for me ! Hope to see some upgrades on my next stay !

I got lost but I got there late the staff took her time to find my reservation and then she assigned me a room which is on the first level which was great

I think the breakfast could have had a little bit more variety the two days that I was there they serve sausage both days it would have been nice to have some type of bacon or turkey bacon and maybe some other kind of bread other than that it was great directions to the pool could have been a little bit more clear but everything was nice and pleasant

Everything was wonderful !! The room, I had the queen suite nice large open concept, plenty of counter room,. The breakfast was great with so many options ! Everything was clean, and the staff was friendly ! The pool / hot tub 10/10!!! Definitely my go to spot in the area now!!!

Our wifi was slow but I still highly recommend this location!!

The bedroom was very spacious and clean. They had an indoor pool and a jacuzzi. Breakfast was included in the price. Decent breakfast options. I checked in late and requested a late check out and it was granted, so that was a plus.

The pool wasn't heated. The Jacuzzi need to be maintained better. There were dirt patches settling onto the soapy foam and to the side of the Jacuzzi. The pool and Jacuzzi area needs to be maintained better, a staff member should come around every few hours to make sure it's clean. Every time I went down there, used towels were all over the place.

The bed was huge and very comfortable to sleep in. The housekeeping staff was very polite and quick when cleaning our room, and quick with changing the bedding. The receptionists were very nice and helpful. Pool was great especially the hot tub. The shower was the best, it even made my husband say he wanted to get the exact same shower built in our home.

I can't say I didn't like anything about the place. I do not have nothing bad to say about being there. All I know is we didn't want to leave yet but we had to, the vacation was over.

Location off 95, near restaurants, and a Publix was great for us just passing through on our trip. The size of the room was great, beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Staff was very nice and helpful

Rooms need a little TLC. Mold near bathtub, door separating suite wouldn’t shut all the way because of the carpet rising, alarm clock was the wrong time and messed with our leave time. Pool was freezing and no one enforcing amount of people in pool or jacuzzi.

Clean and service and staff were amazing! The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've ever had.

Remotes were old and outdated but we just used the buttons on the TV to control it so not really an issue. I'm sure if we asked they could have fixed it but we weren't here that often.
