This Hotel was Perfect 9.9 (only reason its not a 10 No MICROWAVE) but the pool, Room, Breakfast, Safe and Family Friendly this is the best hotel we stay out of the 7 we stay on our Kids Birthday Vacation. This place was perfect location for visiting Kings Dominion. This size of the room was big and A/C was great the Bathroom (specially the Shampoo and Body wash was top level). THIS IS A MUST STAY HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!

No microwave in the rooms which is not good when you travel with family and kids want to heat Soup, hot pockets or microwave food and maybe put a bigger fridge in the room would go a long way for families.

The breakfast was great the first morning. However Sunday morning there was a lack of attentiveness in refilling the breakfast items. The desk clerk had to do it when she wasn’t engaged in conversation with other guest checking in. Also, there was no bacon or substitute meat to replace the meat that you were out of. There were no bananas, apples, no any fresh fruit to replenish the bar. The pancake machine was out of pancake mix for 20 minutes while we located someone to refill it. They were out of bagels by 9am. And to top things off my son had to go under the counter to get his own syrup in order to eat his pancakes. I saw majority of the staff sitting in the office. It was obvious that they weren’t there to work. But the rooms, pool, and cleanliness of te rooms was impeccable.

They ran out of clean towels. This is a Hilton affiliate hotel that cost $200 plus a night. How is that even remotely possible? Also I got stuck in the elevator. It stopped on the desired floor but would not open. When I bought it to the attention of the attendant. She said it always does that. That’s not safe at all.

The Staff was incredibly nice. This place was very clean. The breakfast was actually pretty good to say with the create your own pancake masterpiece.

The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms very clean the staff was super friendly and there was a great family vibe in the main lobby of families just hanging out and enjoying amenities it definitely added to the secure feel since me and my daughter were traveling alone for the first time.

There really wasn't anything to complain about we were only there for a night and our stay was pleasant

The property was clean and well appointed. The bed and room were adequate for our needs overnight. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

The breakfast could have used a hot cereal and the breakfast meat could’ve been cooked a little bit more than it was. But it was sufficient for an overnight stay along the highway and an early start to get on our way.

Location is excellent. Bed was VERY comfortable. All towels and linens were very clean. The person at check in was very helpful and friendly. Two elevators make wait times very low.

The hallways and the floors were not vacuumed. The TV had two remotes and was kind of complicated to use. Channels would come through all blurry and pixilated. The automatic switch to open and close the huge blind covering the large window was not working. I tried to open and close it manually but it went only less than half way.

Fairly new, contemporary decor, nice workspaces/lobby area, clean, comfortable beds, great staff.

Although the place is very clean, housekeeping works hard, BUT they completely ignore the do not disturb signs. I had housekeeping walk into my room twice without knocking and then one time with the short knock and then just entering without announcing themselves.

Excellent choice if you are in the area for kings dominion. There are plenty of restaurants close by. This is a great hotel for families with small children, all the important amenities! It is near a truck stop and highway, but surprisingly, not congested with people, I would give 10 stars if i could definitely will be staying here next time i am in the area. I have always had negative things to stay about every hotel i have stayed in but this one was very comfortable!

Kelsie was absolutely amazing. There were 16 of us in total and we spent a ton of time in lounge area and she was so incredibly accommodating and kind. She went above and beyond for us and deserves a raise, as I saw her do the same for every person who came into that hotel.

Set up of the room was a little austere.

I liked that the staff were very friendly. I thought the room was very comfortable and seemed luxurious for its price. I also think the location was great and I really appreciate the complimentary bottles of water, it’s perfect for long road trips.

I didn’t find anything displeasing in any way there, I honestly can’t think of any negatives. To be honest if other reviews have something negative to say then they’re picky people.
