Lots of light in lobby. Liked setup of main floor bar/lounge. Easy to stop in to just rest and sit, or to grab food or a drink with colleagues at the conference. Very pleased with meals at restaurant. Liked having the small pool available. Could easily travel between 1st few floors using escalator instead of waiting for elevator.

Required valet which isn't convenient. The staff was patient to unload, and kind to get items from the car if needed (rather than bring the whole car). But getting the car the am of checkout was a mess & there weren't enough luggage carts.

It was good for most but I do not like anything in my eggs you had peppers and onions and I don’t eat them. I prefer just plain eggs and maybe cheese that’s it in my eggs. My husband was ok with it. I did enjoy a waffle and yogurt and the chicken. Coffee was good and the cookies when we checked in were delicious and the water for our room.

I liked there was availability to snacks and anything u needed all night.staff was great.rooms where clean.and it was highly recommended to anyone who needs a place to stay.

Nothing bad to say.Maybe no indoor pool.out door pool closed because of weather.Not there fault.

Morning breakfast - just ok, could have been better... Hot food not hot; hot choices - ok - expected a little more.. With that said, we did arrive near the end of the time frame, so we may have missed...

This was our second stay and once again the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We brought our Dog and she was welcomed with open arms and we were given a room next to an exit so we could easily take her out. They also supply a nice amount of towels in the bathroom so I never have to ask for more during our stay.

Everything was great

Loved having 2 chairs (desk chair and chaise) in the room. I very much dislike reading in bed or watching TV from bed, so I always appreciate a comfortable chair/lounge. The bed was very comfortable. The carpet looked very clean as did the bedding. Ilike having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Also liked that the key cards were easy to use.

I/we were very pleased with our whole stay.

The king room was spotless, couldn’t have asked for better. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. I would definitely stay again. Also service was very friendly and helpful.

Shayna and Cory both went above and beyond to make sure I was taking very care of. Cory helped with my luggage on the 2nd floor because elevator was not working. Shayne helped with Luggage to the new room while I was at my car show. 5* for both

Breakfast was delicious and staff were very friendly. Unique and Cory were working the night we stayed and they both were just the nicest people and make me wanna come back to that location again the next time I make the trip south.

The elevators made some noise but there really wasn’t much we didn’t enjoy about it.

Fresh and clean, plenty of provided shampoo/conditioner, large room and extra clean bathroom. They also gave us 2 bottles of water on welcome and sent a text to see if we needed anything
