We decided to go away Saturday afternoon. I was impressed with how easy it was to make the reservation. I was impressed with the king suite. The kitchenette was cute and easy to use. The shower and bathtub were clean and easy to use. It was a great place to stay.

When we got there, nobody was at the front desk. Another guest came in after me. She was not as patient as I was. She used her cell phone to call the front desk, when the gentleman heard the phone he came to the desk. It would have been nicer to have a person there to greet guests.

Good Breakfast, Good location once road construction is finished.

Checked in at 2:00 pm. Had to pay extra $20 fee because it was before check in time of 3:00. If no room was available until 3:00 I would have no beef. But to pay $20 extra for a ready room (house cleaning had finished the entire floor by this time) will keep me from staying here again. I have stayed in dozens of motels over the years and check in an hour or two early 75% of the time. Have NEVER had to pay an extra fee.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Good location for Kings Dominion, just a 20-minute drive and a reasonable price. Pool was refreshing and clean. We had 3 excellent nights of sleep.

Not many restaurants nearby, and there is a lot of construction in the area right now. That being said, we will likely stay again next time we're in the area.

The hotel was close to 95 and had gas, restaurants and other facilities right there. The room was spacious and very clean. I forgot one of my toiletries and they provided one to me. The bed was very comfortable, I wish I could have slept later.

Our room had a slight musty smell. Could have been the air conditioner or carpet. I prefer hotels with no carpet in the room due to this reason.

I loved the location and access to the main highway (Interstate 95). The breakfast was delightful. It was plentiful and beautifully displayed. The area was always clean and the staff were all pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and quite both days.

The television reception was not good at all. Constantly going in and out.

Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent with amazing coffee machine. Pancakes, eggs, yogurt, cereals, a great selection. Beds were very comfortable. Room was quiet by bedtime. Nice Mexican restaurant within walking distance for someone adventurous enough to try it.

Room darkening. A universal problem.

Breakfast was good. Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Very happy with the hotel.

There is construction work across the street. Not a big deal, but not very scenic, and it seemed like there was always traffic due to the construction. They said that will be a water park soon, so this hotel will probably be at a premium next year!

The problem I had with my first room was immediately resolved with a better room. The lady running the breakfast area was very pleasant friendly and hospitable.

I didn't like the fact that there was no ventilation in the bathroom and when I arrived at the hotel the first room I received had a strong bad odor.

Ample parking, restaurants nearby, super convenient location, modern decor, very clean, very friendly staff, breakfast is great, nothing broken or in bad shape

Sadly the rooms are not as soundproof as would be very comfortable. There were not many people there so noise was easily tolerable, but you did hear every single noise in the hallway.

Showers and showerhead as well as quality of water were very refreshing nothing like my at home well that sucks lol. Also nice room just could be a little cleaner with dusting and vacuuming underneath edges of bed and chairs.

Bed I read on reviews how comfortable they were but to be honest it reminded me of sleeping on a cot in a room with it enough beds was not a very comfy mattress
