The location was good. We were near food and all kinds of stores. Not too far from the beach and pretty reasonable.

There are plungers in the hallway. The toilet wasn't going down and there was no one to call for service at night. The common areas needed to be cleaned better. Spider webs and fingerprints and dust and dirt visible on the doors and stairs.

Friendly staff. The room was very clean. Served breakfast. Located in walking distance of several places where food can be purchased. There was ample on-site parking. Parking lot, stairs, and outside of rooms were very well lit.

The television lost cable signal for several hours during the morning.

Found a roach in our room

We liked how convenient it was to nearby stores and beaches. It was a very good deal. They could update their beds to make it more comfortable, but for the price, it was very nice.

They beds were wore out and outdated.

The location was great, it was about a 10 minute drive to Chic Beach. There were nice restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance of the property.

The pool was on the small side for adults, but if you have younger children its perfect.

I think for the breakfast they could they gave a couple more options. I don't care for waffles but it was nice for them to have a waffle maker for people to make waffles other than that I really enjoyed to stay there I would go back and if people ask me I would recommend the quality inn Little Creek

I did not like the pillows

The room was nice. I just had some elephant over our head. Breakfast was a little lite. April at the front desk was rude and very condescending and did not follow through with us extending our stay. Ice machines were down for the first 3 days we were there

The other staff was great

Location to VA beach about 25 mins. To Norfolk beaches about 10. The staff was very nice esp the young lady who helped me balance the breakfast I took back to the room. Balancing a plate on top of the coffee cups was genius lol. Thank y'all. Will be back

I absolutely loved my stay! Super clean rooms. All the housekeeping staff fully cleaned rooms at this location. The Staff here is always friendly, it was quiet and relaxing. Thank you so much for a Great Stay!

The breakfast was more than adequate. The room had all of the needed appliances such as a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker.

The bathroom was very small. The toilet was very low which made it difficult to use. Tall and large people are challenged to use the bathroom. The lack of an elevator or handicap accessible items made it difficult. I do have needs for those items.
