The location of this property was my deciding factor. Also the breakfast in the morning met my needs. The staff is wonderful. The price point was driving my decision. The bed was comfortable and I could control the room temperature. I will be back.

I was very concerned with no lock on the door . There was no bolt and the frame of the door was cracked. As a solo traveling female I did not feel particularly safe. I managed to move the chair under the door knob. It was a perfect fit, but the chair had seen better days and the arm kept falling off the chair. How do you sleep in a strange place , ground floor with no bolt on the door? They need to fix their room locks (and door frames). Next time I will bring my own lock for when I am sleeping. I had a two night stay but didn’t leave any items in the room for lack of security.

Room was very clean, bed was soft, comfortable and clean, A/C/heater kept us very warm, and was quiet. We purposely asked for the train side and 2nd floor, so that we could watch the trains go by. There is a hair dryer, microwave and a small fridge, small TV set in the room. There are clean towels, bars of soap,shampoo, rinse, and body lotion in the room. For breakfast, there are 2 types of cold cereal and 2 types of hot cereal, muffin, bread, bagels, milk,juice, coffee, tea, and if you re early enough fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs. Please Note; the owners of the Inn are making improvements all the time in order to quiet down the train side, and make the Inn a good quality resting place at a reasonable fair price for your stay. I always stay at the Inn when I am in Munroe, as I always wake up refreshed, and have a belly of food to face the day.

Ran out of fresh fruit, eggs, and milk on the first morning of our stay, but on the bright side there was enough food to keep me going till supper.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, I needed a room for 2 nights an they didn't have 1 room I could rent for 2 nights so I had to switch rooms after the first night. But, it worked out OK. They, charged me the same amount. Both beds in both rooms were comfortable, I had no problem sleeping. And, I do have back issues. So that was good.

The comforter in the first room was dirty. In the second room, it was occupied when I tried to go in, so I had to leave my stuff in the office cause I couldn't wait for it due to prior engagements. When, I went in my room. And, went to take a shower that night, the shower had hair in it. So, they must not have cleaned it after the previous, occupants. The lamp in the 2nd room, was missing the switch so I couldn't turn it on.

The beds although looking outdated were super comfy.. the young man on night staff was amazing. So helpful. Attended to our every need as a snior with mobility issues.

No ground floor rooms available even though requested early. And going west it is very hard to get to as the highway interchange allows for no left turns.

It was quiet (except for the train but that didn’t bother me) it was convenient to grocery stores, the room was bigger than most motels in that price range, the washer and dryer was very nice, the continental breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable, and the price was good compared to other motels.

Room was fine for what I paid. It was quiet.

Doors face the outdoors. Some criminals bypassed the card reader thing and tried to break in late at night as I was falling asleep. Not that the hotel can really do anything about that, but still. Good thing there's a metal latch thing on the door that I had set.

This place at first you would think oh it’ll be okay. After staying here over and over again we love coming here! The Continental Breakfast is awesome. They offer Sunny D, Greek Yougurts, a great assortment of Bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereals, fruits and much more Way to go Fairground Inns

The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast had great options. The night clerk was very upbeat and helpful when we arrived. The rooms are large and had everything that we needed and the pet fee was very reasonable.

It is right next to the train but it didn't bother us. There was a wet spot on the carpet when we arrived. The plug in on my side of the bed was worn out so my cell phone charger kept coming unplugged.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. It's a great location with everything needed to hand. The coffee in reception was great too!!

The sink in the bathroom was blocked and barely draining. We asked for it to be looked at but ended up fixing it ourselves. A couple of light bulbs needed replacing too.

I flew from Las Vegas and ended up in the area way earlier than expected, I didn’t request early check in but stopped by the hotel just to see if they might have a room ready yet..the front desk attendant was so friendly and helpful and he was able to get me into a room right then. The room was clean, area was quiet and the staff was great :) I am used to nearby trains so I didn’t find them bothersome!
