The room was spacious and comfortable, the bedding and pillows were unexpectedly so soft and plush! I felt like a baby sleeping on a luxurious cloud of memory foam goodness. Everything was close by, slept better than I have in awhile and even got lucky and won a little money at the Casino.
Only mishap was at check in, the lady checking me in at the front desk kept swiping my card over and over, saying the system wasn’t working. I was hesitant and feeling anxious due to being concerned I was getting billed for the deposit several times. It was awkward and embarrassing as someone was behind me waiting their turn. The hotel stay was already paid for in advance. It was not a good impression for my first time staying here. Check out was easy and left with no problem.

We loved the room that we got switched into (the tub in the 200 suite), the coffee shop is decent, the casino has a non smoking section.
When we checked in we were booked into a room with a funky tub, you can just look at us and know that it would be difficult for us to fit into (it was very weirdly shaped) and they put us in there even though other room types like we booked were open with tubs that would fit us. I couldn't even get into the tub with my disability. Also we specifically asked for one of the room types (chehalis river suite) with a balcony and they said they would accommodate us if possible, but they didn't put us in one until we went back and complained about the tub and disappointing room. So our request was possible but they lied about fulfilling it if it was available.

I really enjoyed my stay at Lucky Eagle Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was quick and easy. We didn’t visit the casino, but the hotel itself felt relaxing and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was right there. I’d definitely stay again!
The only downside was the view from our window — the room was on the first floor, and it looked out onto the driveway and a wall, which wasn’t ideal.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and comfy. The casino has a pretty good selection of games.
Although there is a fairly large non-smoking section, the casino reeks of cigarette smoke. If you're a smoker, you probably won't mind. Just be aware that anything you wear will reek of smoke. The area between the hotel and the casino needs to be maintained much better, i.e., the stairwell down from the sky bridge smells overpoweringly of urine. The clientele here is way more of a mixed bag than some other casinos in the area, i.e., obvious tweakers hanging out in the parking lot in beat-up cars with broken windows, and you have to show i.d. anytime you enter the casino floor, so they've obviously had problems.

Location was good The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Room was noisy with people walking very hard and banging after midnight. Hard to sleep. Covers on bed very thin had to ask for a 2nd one. No daily room cleaning unless you request it. Not enough coffee for our stay, had to go to front desk to get more. No information in the room about restaurants available at the Casino or in the surrounding areas. Only have 2 pieces of paper available for notes.

This was a very nice place to stay and I definitely will book here again! Big pros: - Nice roomy clean suite! - Cool having two TVs that can do YouTube, Netflix, and basic cable. - Great comfortable bed! - Nice personal jacuzzi in the suite. - Nice fireplace for the ambiance. - Accessibility to Casino via skybridge was convenient. - Great steakhouse!
It was a good place, but if I have to pick on it: - Rock hard couch. Would have been nice to sit on it for relaxing instead of the bed. - Couldn't use the fireplace as long as I'd hoped due to smelling natural gas from using it. - Water pressure from jacuzzi was strangely low, so it took a very long time to fill the tub. - Cigarette smell lingers in the hallways.

The building was beautiful. I love the traditional feeling and vibes it gives off. The rooms were large and spacious. The beds were so comfortable it made you not want to get up out of them. Great place to go for relaxation! Also has casino games in the hotel area which was a plus along with a beautiful little café area.
The room could have been cleaned better I actually stepped on a fake nail and it definitely did not belong to any of us. Also was alarmed by the 2am fire alarms going off and everyone having to evacuate, but during all of that the situation was handled in a timely manner and staff accommodated with good communication and provided blankets and water while we waited for them to clear us all to re-enter the facilities.

I like that is was close to where I needed to be, and was secure and safe.
The room had some food smeared on the table and some pills on the floor, and it looked like it had t been wiped down in a while. The pet fee isn’t refundable which seems like a punishment and really doesn’t make me want to go back. If my dog is well behaved I think that fee should be refundable. Just like any other deposit for incidents. There’s no complimentary coffee, or something for guests which for $225 a night there should be.

The hotel was phenomenal. We had a Sky Room which exceeded our expectations. We had an electrical problem in our room, and the maintenance crew was extremely helpful at fixing the issue quickly. The location is a tad off the beaten path, but well worth the drive if you're going to spend a few nights there.
The restaurants are a bit high priced for what is offered. For example, Little Caesars is a long walk to get to and $4-5 more than their usual locations. The hotel is separate from the casino, but luckily isn't more than a few steps away.

Restaurants were serving decent quality food, and the bartenders don't skimp on the liqour in the drinks. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean, and unique in design. I loved the cultural art work in the hotel, and the landscaping was breath taking, bursting with nature's wonders so many humming birds, butterflies, bees. It was refreshing to see nature appreciated.
The pool and spa area were too heavy with the treatment chemicals. It was choking, and your room key won't allow you to be in and out for air. The food was delicious, but it was a bit pricey, and I was disappointed not to see all the restaurants open for use during the week we stayed. Found out they only open on weekends. The hotel is a charming place, but I would've liked to see more kid friendly spaces to help assist those that aren't old enough to gamble, and just want to appreciate the cultural art on the reservation. Also, there seem to be a lot of grifters or vagrants than there should've been in such a remote area.
