The location was perfect because it's within walking distance of many tourist attractions like Pike Place Market and the Seattle Aquarium. The price was very affordable and reasonable for the proximity to so many fun things. The staff were very accommodating and allowed us to store our bags before check in and after check out so we could explore more of Seattle without having to haul luggage around. The closest line 1 station was Symphony and it made it easy to get to museums that were further away. We enjoyed our stay so much that we added a second day. The staff helped us find a better price for the 2nd night which we really appreciated. I really liked that they have a self service feature for checking in and out of the hotel. It made it easier for us to check out of the hotel very quickly. We arrived way before our check in time so we weren't able to check in using the self service kiosk but all of the front desk staff were incredibly kind and patient with us. The room was clean, but if you want daily maid service you will have to request it. Otherwise the maids only clean on day 3 (or after check out) to reduce their environmental impact.

They don't really offer a continental or complimentary breakfast. There is an attached cafe and I think they said you get a discount but we didn't try so I'm not totally sure. The holder for the toilet paper roll in the bathroom was loose on the wall so it moved around a bunch and made it a bit harder to use. Also one of the lamps in our room wouldn't turn on.

What an amazing location! This hotel is within walking distance of most attractions and has easy access to bus stops if you're not keen on walking. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful when additional assistance was needed. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable (on the plush side), and the bathroom was clean.

Checkin took more time than I would have atticicapted but nothing outrageous! The bathroom was on the small side, and the toiletries provided by the hotel could use an upgrade. We did not use the "flex" hangout space as it was very sterile feeling..

The staff at this hotel were so incredibly kind to me and my husband throughout the stay - but I need to highlight Samir. My partner and I parked in a parkade 3 blocks away from the hotel and accidentally left a light on. The car died. Samir rallied for us and found someone at the hotel to help us by driving one of their cars to the parkade with us and jumping our vehicle. They went above and beyond for us. This is all on top of a clean, spacious room, pet friendly, felt safe and secure, great value for what we paid, all-around WONDERFUL stay. This hotel has made regulars of us and you should become a regular too!

Literally nothing this place is the bomb.

Location was great. Hotel was cute. But the best was the staff and their easygoing and relaxed manner. The rules for breakfast were relaxed and we arrived late night so Israel said we could go to eat breakfast whenever we woke. We woke at 1pm and they gave us free breakfast. I have never had that service anywhere. Top marks!!!

They had just changed the heating to cooling in the rooms and you can’t change them yourself, even though it was still 12 degrees. We survived though.

Given how expensive downtown Seattle is, this was a good value in a great location. The female front desk clerk was friendly and honored our request for a quiet room. Got top floor and bathroom size was fine (had read poor reviews here about them, guess we got a bigger one). Very quiet though we stayed on a Monday so perhaps it was empty.

Musty humid smell in room and unable to open window to air out. One elevator was completely down, the other not working properly so took forever to come and was packed each time. Parking too $$$ so we booked a private parking off-site for half price.

Clean, quiet, nice hotel. Super helpful and polite staff. Comfortable beds with rooms that stayed cool in very hot weather. The location was within walking distance to tourist attractions and the waterfront.

The coffee and wine bar located in the hotel only operates during the day as a coffee shop. They dont serve wine, nor do they offer wine tastings as per advertised on signs in the hotel. We had to go across the street for drinks to the other hotel restaurant, which closed at 9:00. There were bo other options that were close by which was disappointing.

The location was great. The cleanliness of the room was very good. The bed was very comfortable. The price was very reasonable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Since the rooms do not have heaters, I requested one and it was perfect. It kept the room super cozy.

They did not have a pool or hot tub. Our room faced a wall with some noise. The walls were very thin so we can hear everyone talking around us. They did give us ear plugs to use, but I am sure others could hear our conversations. The pillows were way to puffy for us. They did not have any wine sampling like their ad stated.

Really close to Pike's Place Market! We could walk over there, to various shopping options and restaurants. You can also walk to the tram that goes to the Space Needle.

From the lobby, you have to walk down a flight of stairs to get the elevator up to your room, or up a flight of stairs to the elevator up to your room. This is not ADA compliant, which was not a huge problem for us, but is just a warning for others. To be fair, they may warn people of this ahead of time, we didn't look as it's not necessary for us, but I feel it's important to highlight this for others that may be booking in the future just in case.

Excellent downtown Seattle location with walking distance to the Space Needle, the Pikes Place Market, and downtown Seattle restaurants/bars. A word of caution! The downtown Seattle area and the walk to that from the hotel had a lot of homesless people and even some tents on side streets. It was not pleasant and somewhat unsafe. But the hotel itself is a few blocks away from all that and so the hotel was fine. The front desk was pleasant and even let us check in a tad earlier without any charge. They kept our luggage until the room was ready as we checked out Seattle places. The hotel felt safe, clean and the room was excellent. This was an amazing 'value' for your money considering we pay much more for crappy hotels in many small towns these days.

Well, it was not the hotel's fault but downtown Seattle felt unsafe, unclean and not worth going back to unless and until they clean up! Walking through swarms of flies to get to restaurants/bars is so unappealing. Seeing crowds of homeless people swarming around and even walking into restaurants was just gross--these people are down on their luck and should be helped but them in downtown Seattle is not one would want to experience as part of a 'vacation'.
