Great location. No wait for Uber's. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Room clean and housekeeping very punctual.

Daily automatic surcharge of $28 to which you can charge $20 at bar or restaurant. I shouldn't have to be forced to spend my money at their facility. They were going to charge you the $28 whether you used it or not. Bathroom lights are on timed motion sensor so everytime you took a shower, the room would go black mid shower and you would have to open shower door and flail you arms to get the lights to go back on. Could contribute to a fall from elderly visitors in the future.

Rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel is super close to all sorts of main attractions and events. You've got pike's place market, the Seattle Art Gallery, the ferris wheel, the local hockey stadium, amazing restaurants, the waterfront, etc.

There is an additional "destination fee" which includes tickets to a bunch of events and some credits for food at the hotel, but it adds yet another expense to all the other miscellaneous taxes and fees, so it always ends up costing more than you expect...

It was nice in a great location but very overpriced. When we got there we found out that there were:taxes (which we expected), plus a resort tax plus fifty eight dollars to park our car. In the end, unless you don’t care about cost and really need waterfront, I would look elsewhere.

Bed was comfortable, facilities and space were modern, food at the restaurants was very good, and their free coffee was good too. I appreciated the gift they were giving out for being a guest.

I stayed in room that had the view of the water, but I had to see over a roof top. It would've been a nice touch if the roof had been made into a green roof, just to reduce the visual impact of mechanical equipment and roofing materials.

I cannot express. The guy is from Egypt. He is the bellman .I wasn't out of my uber. It was a bit rainy. He was there with an umbrella. And had my luggage taken care of and he was so nice. There was a line because ww were all cruising 🛳 soon..he went and got us water and explained the restaurant. He deserves a raise. He was pleasant the entire time I stayed. So, was the staff. My friend was on another floor . So, she wanted me to move. The manager came himself to shoe me the room. To see if I approved. I am booked to go again next year. And I will stay there again.

The location was great and the rooms were very clean.

The laundry service could be a little better. The facility should have washers and dryers that guests can use. The breakfast line for Hook and Plow is too long.

When I ask for a print on my bill the staff told me about the parking ticket and ask if we park I said no we use the rail and we did no use the car so he credited us 72 dollars for parking and I appreciate that Also when we go there our reservation was only 1 bed and I reserve 2 bed So the staff just ask for additional rolling bed and move us to another room with better view of the ocean It was better for 2 bed but we took as long as there is a bed for us

Decor and room renovations

Railroad running behind it ; very noisy neighbors in connecting room. Lighting in room is very harsh - especially by beds - should have adjustable or dimmable lamps by beds. Lack of and/or low quality amenities (coffee, toiletries) - for this category proper, the amenities should be better.

Great location to the cruise terminal for NCL. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The hotel was easy access to all the main attractions in Seattle. The staff were engaging and very helpful.

We arrived quite early in the day and were given an early check in. We really appreciated the ability to drop our luggage off in the luggage room but were even happier to be able to get to our room early.

Only option for parking was Valet service. They did a wonderful job but just got expensive as there is a fee to park on site in addition to tips.
