Neat, clean, new; cheerful and efficient staff

Overlap/confusion between 2 hotels using one check-in desk, and what parts of each were shared or not. Parking was a hassle after Sat night dinner (11pm?). Small-capacity garage was full, but no way to know before driving in. Front desk staff had no suggestions for reasonable-cost parking nearby. Ended up in underground garage on the same block, as we did not need to get our car out overnight. Security guard had to direct us out to street. Seems like you need a deal with that garage, which was nearly empty when we were there.

Breakfast was much appreciated. The location was fine. Variety of food offered was par. The one outstanding feature was the woman working the breakfast, she was tremendous. With all the people getting ready for their cruises she was extremely patient and accommodating and always had a smile and greeting for everyone. She should be the employee of the year, a valued asset to your company.

The fact that no chair is offered in the guest rooms. We had a king bed with 2 backless counter height chairs. Just no place to sit comfortably.

Arrived very early after cruise hoping to drop bags off and was able to check in straight away which was really appreciated. Reception staff are really helpful. Only stayed one night before flying home but hotel stored our bags until 3:30pm on checkout so we could enjoy our 2nd day. Good room, with lots of amenities we didn’t need/use (kitchen). List of local restaurants available from reception which was helpful. Good breakfast, although not a huge selection. Used local tram or uber to access tourist sites Would use again

Location is great, secure and safe property, clean and properly maintained. Very comfortable pillow top bed, and fantastic pillows! (Even extra) The merging of the two check in locations had us confused for a moment but found the Bigfoot tracks to elevator very helpful. After that there was signage to guide us to the correct location to check in. Our room is very spacious, with everything included. Perfect for any length of stay! I’m a huge coffee drinker (true PNW) and the struggle is real when staying elsewhere. Usually the coffee is limited, quality is so-so and the amount of sugar/creamer is a joke…. WELL NOT HERE FOLKS!! I’m beyond happy to report to all those fellow coffee lovers - this property had it all. A FULL size coffee pot, two large bags of coffee incase one pot wasn’t enough 😆 and get this…. A HUGE bowl full of the necessary stuff like creamer, sugar, sweeteners…🤯 this will be on our favorites list for future trips. #mylivelyreviews

Only one thing and it was of no fault to the property!! I was awakened by our neighbors having a crazy “fun” adult evening. 😆 But you know what?, good for them! 😆 I think it happens to everyone at some point within their many stays at different places, “the rule of large numbers”..

Breakfast was great! The waffle mix could be improved the waffle was a little gummy after making it. Location was a huge plus lots of things to do around the area that you can walk to.

Checkout time needs to be later, I think a 1pm checkout time would be ideal since check in isn’t until 3pm. Our bathroom shower door was not securely flushed with the hinges so it made a terrible sound when opening and closing the door. Same with some of the kitchen cabinets. Also I had two people on staff knocking at our room 20 minutes and then 10 minutes early before check out time and were very rude.

The breakfast was very good and stayed well stocked all morning. I was glad to see the signs the staff put out in the dining area requesting that we eat our breakfast and move on so others could enjoy the food. There were some groups of people hogging multiple tables all morning on the first 2 days so I appreciated the effort on the staff's part. The lobby bathrooms were always clean and all but 1 staff member were very nice.

1 rude staff member when I went to ask a question at the front desk. The food in the restaurant (though I know it's technically a different hotel) was way overpriced for what you get. That seems to be a running theme in the area as well so I wasn't surprised, just disappointed.

- Awesome to have a small suite with a fold out couch! - We had an issue with our HDMI cord for our TV in the room, but maintenace came by with a new cord. It was a very pleasant exchange. - I'm a clean freak and even the headboards were dusted. Very nice. - The front desk clerk was extremely professional and accomodating. She was juggling many things at once, but handled it with grace and I wanted to acknowledge her and let her know she did a fantastic job! - We didn't explore the area too much, but, seemed quiet at night.

- There was a group across the hall who were playing loud music, but that's not the hotel's fault. They took care of it, so, that was nice! - Slight disadvantage to have the bathroom in the room making it so that the person on the couch would have to go through the room to get to the bathroom. Keep that in mind when booking a suite.

Good location, neat room, decent breakfast and service.

Parking rate is pricey given the room charges. space is subject to availability and many spaces are small and only for compact cars. Also the space is shared with another hotel you might have to park elsewhere

Location was great. Easily walked to sites. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - overall exceptional. They are dealing with a lot of people and a lot of different personalities. We used the exercise room which was very clean and adequately stocked with equipment.

We enjoyed the breakfast room. It would really help to add another waffle maker. The shower in the bathroom really needs a lip on it, otherwise water just goes everywhere.

We used the hotel as a mid-holiday recharge/base. Loved the equipped kitchen & large fridge/freezer which meant we could have the comforts of home as it's amazing how you miss being able to open the fridge for a drink of milk etc. I used the sofa bed (family room) for 5 nights and it's surprisingly comfy, no back ache and I'm 220lb. Laundry room was very good along with free dryers (reception have a "pantry" type section next to it and sold individual wash pods which was very cost effective). Breakfast was free and it showed, but it wasn't bad - good choice of coffee, fruit/cereal, cooked breakfast (that changed everyday). Outside area within the hotel was really nice and peaceful with a good bar that had a bit of life in it. Area was nice & safe (if bland), but Union lake is only a 5 min walk, 10 mins to the QFC supermarket & 15 mins to the space needle. Streetcars are frequent and pretty quick into Seattle's more touristy parts too. Taxis were generally quick but the Hotel is near a major intersection so a pop around a couple of corners in rush hour is advised.

Not much, everything delivered as expected, maybe clearer instructions on waste removal.
