It is in downtown, so expect the noise of people, traffic, sirens etc. Outside of the noise factor, they only sell a limited snack type of breakfast, no diner, but there are limitless places you can walk to, for food. This is the cleanest hotel, I have ever stayed in, and I've traveled a few over the years. The bed was very comfy, and we both loved the individual duvet covers, bravo. I highly recommend this little jewel, bang on for the money, with very friendly staff as well.Good location for the cruise ports and market by the pier.
Only the noise, but that is to be expected in downtown.

Loved the split comforters and bed was comfy. Room & property were clean and we love that pets can stay with you (for an additional fee). Location was perfect for what we needed and all of the staff we interacted with seemed to genuinely like their jobs. Special thanks to Karin and William :)
Not a fan of the amenities fee...while it's great to get two drink vouchers and a water bottle to take home with you, not everyone wants these kinds of things & it just adds to the cost of the room. Would be better to offer an amenities package for guests who want one. Also not a fan of the bathroom barn door...it's cute, but not great for privacy. The lighting in the bathroom was quite dim as well.

I really enjoyed the nicely decorated room with its fun pineapple theme. Despite the monorail running right outside our window, it wasn’t noisy at all. The staff were super friendly, and the hotel had a great vibe with daily snacks in the lobby, a nice assortment of snacks for sale, and water refill stations. The location was fantastic—within easy walking distance to both Pike Place Market and the Space Needle area.
While the secure parking garage was convenient, the additional cost felt high on top of the room rate—but that seems to be typical for Seattle.

The watertap in the lobby near the entrance is a nice touch. USB-hub on the each nightstand for a generous 6 plugs by our beds. My partner (6'2) was pleased with the shower height. We've been to other hotels in Seattle but never twice because the shower being too low is such a nuisance for him. The location is in-between Pike's Place and the Space Needle, so you can walk to one, take the monorail to the other, and then walk back at the end of your day.
I'm a simple person, nothing to complain about. Do be aware that lamps need to be turned off one-by-one, no fancy all lights turn off when you leave key card control here.

The room and the lobby were funky and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent.
Booking.com did not make it obvious that the hotel would charge an extra $25/night for "amenities". Given an issue with our television turning itself on in the middle of the night, the hotel staff reversed these charges for two out of three nights. Still, while the amenities are nice as options, they should not be a mandatory add-on. The fee is a part of the nightly charge, and should be reflected in the nightly price. Additionally, the staff were very good but there weren't quite enough of them. This led to 5-10 minute waits to interact with front-desk staff, which was less than ideal.

Those could be the best beds we've ever slept in at a hotel. We're getting older and having good beds is increasingly important. The mattresses and bedding were top notch. Also the staff and hotel in general were very good and the location was excellent! As an added bonus, there were games we enjoyed and the water station and daily cookies were a treat I didn't know I needed.
One of the elevators was out of service so getting to and from the room took awhile, but that was a minor inconvenience. Everything else was great.

Great location, fun/cute vibe with pineapples woven in everywhere, comfy bed, helpful staff, onsite parking, good value.
Everything was good and we'd definitely stay again. The only downside was our room was next to the elevator (hotel was totally full so no option to switch) and there was some noise. However, when I mentioned the noise to the staff when they asked me how things were upon check out they apologized and removed the amenity fee! I really appreciated that.

The location is great. The welcome drink and games on the first floor are really fun. Most of the staff was super nice and helpful.
Sound. We understand it's an old building, but the fact of the matter is that if you don't have comfortable ear plugs, you're going to be waken up by every single person in the hallway or in the room next to you. The fact that they thought it'd be fine to vacuum the hallway at 9:30pm after our really long flight from Europe didn't help. It's also odd that they clean the room every other day, not every day.

A funky, artsy and unique hotel located in Belltown and 1/2 mile walk to family we were visiting. The room was very cute and the bed was comfortable. It is also an easy walk to many different types of restaurants, wonderful shopping and Pike Place Market. The staff members were very outgoing and helpful. The lobby was cozy, welcoming and friendly with lots of comfortable seating, activities and games, and a coffee bar with a barista and baked goods. We also really loved the filtered and sparkling water dispenser for filling our water bottles daily.
Parking can be challenging if you don’t want to pay for garage parking. And we didn’t care for the weird bedding set up. We prefer a traditionally made up bed; fitted and top sheets with a comforter sized to the bed.

The best part of my stay was the staff. They were so friendly and helpful, I felt like I was family. And it wasn't just the way they treated me but every person who stayed there. I loved the comfy bedding. It was one of the few times a hotel had "complementary" water - the fun part was that it came in a great yellow Staypineapple Path water bottle that was reusable! and that you take home with you! How great is that!
Even though there was not a microwave in the room, there was one in the lobby. I wish there was a sign or something in the room that told me that.
