The room was clean and smelled fine. I checked for bedbugs and found nothing but clean sheets! The front clerk was very helpful and friendly. I am slightly disabled so stairs are difficult but can do. Our room was the farthest room from the elevator so it was easier to walk up the flight of stairs. Carrying my items up the stairs was a hindrance. What I would recommend for disabled folks. Ask for a room that's closer to the elevator if your room is on the second floor. The complimentary breakfast had a lot to choose from. The biscuits and gravy was good.

It was such a pleasant surprise to walk in and see the beautiful lodge decor in the lobby. Even more delighted when the room had the same decor. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly, patient and ready to answer any questions or help with any of our needs. The young lady the morning of check out was busy all the time making sure the breakfast area stayed clean and the food choices stocked. We will stay here again!

The staff was helpful and accommodating, I actually got there a day early and it wasn't a problem. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a nice location set back from any major traffic.

Very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent. The location was quite peaceful and close to anything I needed. I would definitely go back.

The only thing not perfect was that the hot tub was temporarily out of service. Other than that there wasn't anything that didn't impress me.

Everything! Very welcoming, easy parking, great room, very clean and comfortable, nice layout, good breakfast. Everything!

The only suggestion I have is better lighting in the bathroom.

There were dogs in the room next (or near I am not sure) to ours that continuously barked and it was very easy to hear in the room.

The food was good and it was 5 minutes to my sisters house

The pool room was unfinished, the kids had a good time but you could see rotting on the walls and the hot tub was in disrepair

It was clean and quiet. We stayed upstairs in a king sized room. I love the fresh air slide window. The reception lady was so helpful and friendly.

It felt like I had my very own log cabin to stay in. I enjoyed making up some waffles at breakfast. Good overall experience

The mattress was soft which I like, but tended to have a sway in the middle which I didn't.
