Clean, big room, locationally great, great mountain views from my room, nice gym with dumbbells up to 75lbs, awesome staff. Breakfast was amazing too.

My room temp only goes down to 68F! Never stayed in a room so warm. It’s fine during the day but i’d wake up sweaty. The windows in my room didn’t open either, but I was on the ground floor. It’s possible upper floor windows open, but I don’t know. There was an alarm going off in the hallway for hours at a time. It was hardly noticeable but hard to forget once it caught your attention. The wi-fi was around 6mbps and unstable. I had to run a hotspot to stream.

Bright spacious modern hotel with a high standard of cleanliness from top to bottom and including the pool and gym . Large rooms with many of them having extensive mountain views . Plenty of parking space including accessible spaces . Good breakfast with coffee on offer all day . Notice says it also caters for meetings and events . Located in an upscale area not far from outlets, Snoqualmie falls , historic village , and wildlife meadows (elk etc). Great for a few days away and also too far from Seattle airport . Polite friendly helpful efficient staff all makes for a relaxing atmosphere and an easy time . It's easy to write this review because it's a lovely place .

Nothing to dislike. We stayed in a few Washington hotels and this was the best . So we stayed there twice and if we go to Seattle again , we will choose this hotel.

Very nice hotel in a great location just a short drive to the falls! Staff were all friendly and helpful. The lobby and rooms were very nice and I consider a great value overall. Breakfast ok - several options but the eggs were rubbery and the hashbrowns very soggy, of course these are two items hard to keep fresh when they sit out for a while however, there were other options like bagels, breads, muffins, yogurt, cereal, fresh made waffles...etc. so overall not bad. Nice to have coffee & water 24/7!

Not a big deal but the closet door slides to close the closet or bathroom - a bit of a pain but the rooms are very large and nice to have a sink, refrigerator, microwave, sofa and desk! Nice large windows with electric blinds - great view of the mountains.

I picked this hotel almost randomly and WOW what luck that I found it . It is located in a quiet , safe upscale attractive area about 40mins from Downtown Seattle. Plenty of easy free parking when we arrived. The atmosphere is relaxed and efficient as you enter the large reception area which sets the tone for the whole place : modern bright and spacious. The room was the second WOW as it was all of those things . So bright, and clean with comfortable beds. Some mountain views (although it was a bit foggy during my stay so couldn't see it all.). Knowledgeable staff help you with local information which includes the popular and famous Snowqualmie falls (about 10 mins drive away) , the frequent moose / elk in nearby meadow , and historic village. If you are a shopper you can also go to North bend retail outlet. The deal I had during my visit included a filling breakfast of sausage , scrambled egg and hash browns and we could also have tried the rest of the full spread (pastries, yoghurt, toast, juices , pancakes etc). I found it to be a bargain that it would make just about anyone happy. I will be returning soon and if I had to give it a score from 1 to 10 then it would be 11. Many thanks.

I ran out of time to stay at the hotel so did't get to use all the facilities eg gym .

An affordable place surrounded by beautiful sights. I stumbled upon Snoqualmie Inn by Hotel America while trying to find a place closer to Maple Valley but I wasn't sure where exactly. This facility is located less than 10 minutes from the majestic Snoqualmie Falls and beautiful hiking trails. The hotel is surrounded by gorgeous trees and lush greenery which you can enjoy right from your hotel rooms with massive windows and plenty of space to lounge. We LOVED our stay at the hotel, clean, friendly staff, plenty of breakfast options, easily accessible off the freeway and close to restaurants and areas of nature views. I'm definitely going to be returning to Snoqualmie Inn by Hotel America the next time I visit Washington because it has been one of the best places I've stayed in in my many travels to the area.

Nothing that made my stay unpleasant - it may not be perfect but it was for my stay.

We liked everything about the Snoqualmie Inn. The location was perfect for the wedding events we attended outside of town. The suite was larger than we expected, and the furnishings were comfortable. The self serve breakfast was the best we have experienced and the staff worked hard to keep the food hot and well supplied. A pet peeve of mine is air conditioning units that blow directly over the bed--not the case in our room. The unit was placed at the other end of the room from the bed and did not blow directly on us through the night--wonderful. Finally the front desk staff were both personable and professional.

I was VERY impressed with the maid service. Okay so the housekeeping not only cleaned up my family room, they FOLDED THE CLOTHES. Yes my little boy had thrown around a grip of clothes. In the bathroom. Being funny. Well the housekeeper picked up after him. See I was in a big hurry. My dog was in severe pain. I had to go to a veterinarian in Renton for him. I had P.A.C.K pay for his appointment. So when my son was being dumb I didn't have time to pick everything up. The housekeeper picked up EVERYTHING he tore up. Plus they put everything together as far as my MAKEUP. We're talking about putting stuff away. Thorough cleaning. The staff at the desk were very helpful. Very polite. Not a phoney type of demeanor. But a genuine care and concern for anything that we needed or wanted. Plus an excellent breakfast. The best coffee I've had in a long time. Yes it's right down from the casino we're talking around the corner from it like maybe 10 minutes away if that if I would have known about this hotel a long time ago this would have been like going to it before it's going out and going gambling and taking the family and dogs and everything. Yes they do allow dogs and no they're not unfair on their pricing I had three dogs with me. Excellent price for the rooms too and yes my dogs are big so anyways like I was saying this is the perfect family stopping place for those that wanted to do things and gamble to have food in the morning.

I have stayed at this establishment twice now and it has been superb each time! The rooms are great and clean. The staff is so kind and accommodating! The price is unbeatable. My kids loved the pool. It was the perfect tempt and a good time. The continental breakfast was delicious. They had lots of options from hot food (sausage, eggs and potatoes) to cereal and all the pastries and bagels. They always have complementary hot coffee and fruit infused ice water. They were quick to bring us a crib and more blankets when we needed them. The manager was so kind and welcoming. He asked us serveral times how everything was and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

Basic breakfast. Same foods as most hotels that have breakfast incentive to book there. Hot foods should be hotter.

Safety bars in the shower for disabled would be helpful. I have a disability currently. We arrived one hour before check in. I asked about checking in and was told it would be $50 extra. We had just traveled 2 1/2 hours but waited in our car the hour. The next morning we checked out at 9:30 am , 2 1/2 hours earlier than check out. No I didn't ask for refund😀. I realize that their check-in is three but I would think for earning a better rating they could make an exception. Yes our room was ready. I had chosen this hotel because of the location to a hospital.

The decor/ atmosphere very nice! Nice big hallways and clean, with pretty Christmas deco. Our room was so spacious with a nice big sofa & 2 VERY comfy queens! Beautiful surrounding area- 4th floor looking out at tree tops and mountains. Very nice bathroom with great mirror lighting and separate toilet/shower. Nice shower too! Many shops, coffee, restaurants right there. Super friendly front desk.

The breakfast food could be a little better quality, but ok and nice eating area. LOVED the room but really- like so many hotels these days- wish they would use warm white light bulbs! Do not like that stark fluorescent light in the bulbs - meant to bring my own because it's so common.
