The King Room is very comfortable. Having a refrigerator and microwave in each room is great. The breakfast is better than the breakfast at the Fairfield Inn.

The Lobby is Dark. It would be great if they would upgrade to NFC room keys that work with Smart Phones to stream line check-in. Additionally, I wish rewards program pricing would be better than booking through third party websites.

The rate is always competitive in the area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The coffee was good, but the to-go cups were really small. I usually like ice with my coffee and there is never ice near breakfast. When I walk down the hall to the ice machine, I discovered it was out of order.

The bathroom needs updated. The shower was pitiful, couldn't keep the shower head up high enough to rinse off or rinse my hair. The toilet seat was broken, but I managed.

Pillows,were old and worn out. Mattress ok. shower pan slippery,felt like it was going to break,pressure in shower low. Toilet very noisy when flushed. Need more counter space in bathroom. The breakfast was pretty good.

The internet didn't have a good signal... and at the end before checking out the door didn't want to open... Everything else was fine

The location was great, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff helpful. Breakfast was acceptable, coffee was good.

We were only there overnight to a concert so we didn't make use of most of the amenities. The selection at breakfast could've been better but it was acceptable.

How big the whirlpool tub is and privacy

That the lady came pounding at noon and was rude both of my stays. She could've just called and when I said hold on a min she kept pounding and did I mention she was very rude.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Wish the rooms were just a little bigger. A little cramped with 2 people in the room

The eggs and sausage was good. I enjoyed the yogurt offered.

The breakfast could have offered more variety. I would have liked to see potatoes, biscuits and gravy.

very friendly staff. I was really surprised at the free breakfast that’s offered. Much better than I expected. Swimmers pool area was very nice and clean as well
