I loved this hotel! The staff was great, Chris was very friendly during check in and the young lady (didn't catch her name) working breakfast was exceptional. She kept everything clean and was so very kind and friendly. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated as was the entrance, decent size, pool and hot tub was enjoyable and location is great.

Can't say there was really anything I didn't like. Only suggestion I would have is to give the pool area a bit of a clean up to gather all the clumps of hair that were found.

The breakfast was good. We had everything we needed. Coffee was great. Loved that it was available 24 hours. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was VERY comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Super friendly and helpful staff. Parking was excellent. Had everything we needed. Rooms were very quiet.

I don't think there's anything more they could have done better. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff was so helpful and kind. Pleasant atmosphere. The decor, including the furniture was very unique and gorgeous!! Very functional, throughout the hotel. The room was very comfortable and cozy. The pool area was so very nice and pretty. The hot tub was exceptional!!! Very roomy and felt wonderful!! Also, very easy access to many areas of the hotel from the parking lot. Two thumbs-up 🙂

I didn't care much for the prices on the food items in the market place, however, it was nice what was available and really came in handy.

Great location lots of restaurants around.

The TV in room did not work. We inquired 3 times about it and were told each time they had a power outage early morning & in some of the rooms the internet/cable didn’t come back on. We were told to unplug the tv and plug it back in to “reset”. We did that several times and it didn’t work. I feel we should’ve been compensated for that. It wasn’t a cheap room we should’ve had a working tv or been compensated.

Very welcoming staff, clean, quiet rooms, very comfortable beds. We were in a recently remodeled room and it was very spacious and comfortable. Nice breakfast and fitness center. Only negative was the pool had a bit of floating debris in it--gum wrapper, gunks of hair, dead moths and other insects.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional

I was very unhappy when we arrived at the hotel and I was checking in, my husband said I was paying way to much for the room, he had the hotel pulled up on his phone and he could have gotten a room for half of what I was paying thru Booking.com ! The girl at the desk apologized because there was nothing she could do because we used Booking.com! Now you might be thinking that there was some kind of mistake, he had a different room etc but it was exactly the same because I had the girl check. Moral of the story is that I will think twice before I use Booking.com again ! I don’t like paying double for something that was supposed to be a better deal.

The breakfast was very nice and I like this location and stay here frequently A suggestion- get rid of all carpet throughout the hotel

The toilet was to low. It seemed like it was more for a child than an adult

The staff was incredible. The whole building was clean and comfortable. Location to the venue we were going was closest possible.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but still managed to get rest.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was quick and easy.

We booked a room with a pull-out couch and did not get one. We had to get a cot for our son to sleep on. It barely fit in the room.

Lobby and room cleanliness was great. The front desk employee that checked us in at 12am was amazing, kind, and so generous. She took great care of us.

The pillows are uncomfortable and our top bed cover was stained.
