Initially, I had paid via credit card, but when I arrived at the hotel, the staff members informed me that my payment had been canceled. Therefore, I had to pay again at the reception. The manager said that my money should be refunded, but it didn't happen. Please check the status of my payment and refund my money.

Seemed to be basically well-kept.

My bedside lamp kept flickering on and off, and even after I told them about it, they didn't fix it. Probably just a bad bulb, but it would only take 5 minutes to replace the bulb. They aren't cheap. Restaurant options are limited in Belmont, so be prepared to drive to another town.

The grilled burger was great!

The bartender was pushing too much for a grill order! There was some poo on the underside of the toilet seat! There was no butter out for breakfast! The drapes were missing a pull rod, and the curtain was hanging, making it difficult to fully close! The pillows are too small.

The whole place was clean. The staff was nice.

I thought the price was a little steep. I understand that other hotels in the area were completely booked and this one had one of the better prices, but I still feel the price was a little steep. I think one one should be able to book a decent room in the Midwest for around $100 per night.

Really friendly helpful staff. Every person we interacted with was nice — excellent customer service.

Price for the stay was higher than usual. We were there as same time as wedding so that probably made the price higher.

Everything in the room was fine except for a toilet that did not appear clean. There was a grey ring around the waterline. Under the rim, it didn’t appear clean either. The receptionist and I talked about it upon checkout and she explained it was a problem with minerals in the area water and apologized.

King bed was decent. room stayed cool with air running. free coffee in lobby. pool and on site bar open late.

the showerhead was confusing, and not obvious how to turn on. never seen that type of faucet before

Others hotel are famous and expensive than QUALITY INN. But Quality inn was better than ones. The room size is good.I am sure it is the best.

The beds were super comfy! The room was clean.

Breakfast would be great if it ran later, 6-9 am is not long enough, especially if you are vacation and would like to sleep in. Breakfast would be much better if there were more options. The price is RIDICULOUS! Way too much for the type of hotel, it is outdated in many aspects and the bar is NEVER open when we stay.

The staff was EXTREMELY friendly, and the bed was hands down the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on to date.

The only negative thing I can say is they are in a location where no one delivers food. Normally that's not a huge deal, but with so much driving, it was a downer. I ate at the resturants in the hotel on day 1 (good food) but day 2 they were closed due to no staff (not their fault, someone called in) but it was a bummer.
