The day staff was so sweet and accommodating. Zack and Christine did a nice job with the breakfast they include here. Breanna front desk manager solved all the issues that came up with the rooms we had.

Every room had something broken in it. First room was the lock and we had to keep programming our cards. Second room no air wasn't working. Third room, no seal to fridge and balcony door was broken. TV was very bad reception. Pool for the kids is great. Maintenance here could be better those employees didn't seem to care much.

I was pleased to find that there was plenty of breakfast seating available, which made for a comfortable dining experience. Additionally, I appreciated how quickly the staff restocked items as needed, ensuring that everything was fresh and accessible for guests.

We booked two rooms, and it would have been really nice if they were connected, especially since both of our rooms were adjacent to other rooms. Having connected rooms would have enhanced our experience and made our stay more convenient.

The location is convenient if needing to be on the west side of Casper, though a drive to the east side is very quick. The complementary breakfast was nice, though not all offered was freshly made. Its a quiet hotel, but there is a little background noise from the highway nearby. The pool should be great for children, as it is shallow and has some features for them. There is also a Jacuzzi for the adults. Parking was not a problem and is free. The room seemed clean enough with plenty of towels, and a towel elephant greeted me from one of the beds. The room was near the elevators, and I did NOT hear them. The hotel can accommodate a small convention, and there are some rooms on the 1st floor that overlook the promenade. There is a "business" room with free-use computers, I believe a printer, and its own restroom. There is also a Salon on the premises. There is a restaurant aside the breakfast room.

There was a bulletin board that identified local events, however someone took upon themselves to express their 1st amendment right to post a leftist political cartoon. I felt there needed to be more floodlights on the parking lot. The ice machine did have a water leak.

I really liked the atmosphere. The room was spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool is more like a wading pool. Not so much for the adults but my granddaughter loved it. The hot tub felt so good after an 8 hr drive. The restaurant wasn't open but they serve food in the lounge which was delish!

The only thing that bothered me was that Housekeeping knocked on the door early the next morning to check if we had checked out yet. Kind of irritated me and made me feel rushed. When I was in college I worked as a housekeeper and we would get a list every morning of who had checked out and who hadn't. You would think they would know who is still there or not.

At first it was a rock start. Our room had a TV but no controller they staff found one but it didn't work all the time. the next day there was no coffee in the room when we went to make it. I talked to Mckenzie and she was amazing, she took care of everything. I will be traveling to WY every three months for work and I will for sure stay at your hotel. I will also recommend it to my other co-workers who travel as well.

I loved that the restaurant was on site and that WiFi was available throughout the hotel. The common areas were great! The pool area was perfect for my 6 year old.

The furniture in the room felt outdated and has taken a beating over the years. The room could have used a once over when it came to cleanliness. Cobwebs in the corners, dust and debris in the corners, smudges on the mirror, etc.

Breakfast was good. The pool was excellent. Watching my daughter Swim with her cousins while they played on the alligator was such a great time!! The hotel room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

It would have been nice to have more children's channels on the television. Checking in took longer than I would have liked. Staff was friendly though. Extra blankets available in the room would be nice, but I called downstairs and they happily and quickly accommodated me.

Never heard of this chain, but rates were reasonable on booking.com When you walk in, it was warm and inviting. Really cool tile in entranceway. Spacious, plenty of area to hang out in. The staff was super friendly, and easy check-in. Walking through the halls had a light, clean smell. Our room was spacious, clean. The elephant towel on bed was a nice touch. Huge breakfast area, and always plenty of food! They had real plates. Loved the western motif throughout.

Our stay was great! The staff is very friendly. Great complementary breakfast! Price is so-so, for two people $167.00 was a little high but I would definitely stay again and use the pool and hot tub next time!

When we went to our room there was someone already in and got mad at us for trying to get in the room. We had to go back to the front desk and get another room. Other than that it was a great stay!

Quick checkout. Staff, elevators, no noise even though we had a room right by the ice machine. 206. Bed was comfortable but for me the pillows were too fat/fluffy. I slept ok. I'm an old 72 year old fart.

I wish that there was no pepper on the eggs and y'all had pancakes instead of biscuits but I survived. I picked around the pepper and drank coffee.
