Everything was perfect. We were two families and We had enough space. the apartment is very clean, has a small kitchen, air conditioning and above all, a terrace where we could sit to eat and talk. We were impressed in the most pleasant way possible by the owner and his family. in the morning they served an excellent breakfast, with organic food. Akram, the owner, drove us everywhere we needed. for a tourist who visits Tashkent and wants to know the customs, the way of life of the inhabitants, this is the perfect place.. thank you, Akram, for the perfect vacation you offered us.

The biggest USP House4you offers is the free pick up or drop to airport , One can choose . For someone coming into a new country it is a big plus. We were picked up in he middle of the night in spite of a snow storm welcome. Also Akram the owner offers all that one needs to tour Tashkent so one doesn't need to depend on a tour operator or guide to see the city or the nearby mountains. He offered us a $70 per day for both . For us the convenience of a one stop shop was the plus. he has a minibus and a sedan to offer based on need. He is a certified guide. More than anything Akram is a warm hearted man who even went the extra mile to book train tickets for us to Bukhara and Samarkand etc at cost. The property is a ground floor -2 bedroom , dining room , sit out with sofa etc- all which open out into his inner courtyard which has trees and a sit out. One can even cook a meal there if one desires. Kept very neat and clean , we enjoyed our stay. There is a mini market about a 250 meter distance. Ideal especially for a family or a set of friends travelling together.

It was a little far from the center ( Independence square ) but it didn't affect us much as we had Akram taking us around. Also the Yandex taxis are the most economical I have ever come across ....

Actually everything) We've had our own house for 5 person, it's very comfortable and tidy, there's everything you need and the owner and personal are very nice. You have everything you need. The garden is very nice and calm. Finally we've even got a pick up to the place from where we were leaving which is quite far from the place and we are very thankful for it.

Maybe it's a little bit far from the city centre but you see it on the map so it shouldn't be surprising for you😉

The property is roomy enough for my kids to run about and have fun. Everything you require for the bathrooms, kitchen, and bedrooms is already in there. The hotel's owner, Akramjan, was very helpful in arranging our transportation to and from the train station. He even provided us with the phone numbers for the best-value vehicle service to the popular tourist destination in Tashkent as compared to other travel agencies. Without a doubt, we will return, and I will suggest the location to my other friends who are searching for cozy lodging.

I would come back here. Lovely home, very private. We rented two of the houses and they were both great. Breakfast was very good, served on the veranda. The host family is very quiet and very attentive.

Two of the bedrooms in the big house do not have air conditioning. Unfortunately, the sun shines in harshly in the morning and the rooms are hot (no dark curtains). The host immediately bought and installed fans on the wall, which was helpful, but it was hard to sleep. Need someplace for clothing in the rooms.

We enjoyed Akram's place. the location is in nice area, quite. The house and bedrooms are big and with enough space. The breakfast was very good, and several options. The host, Akram is a great host, he picked us up in the airport, and is a very experienced tour guide; we also used his experience and knowledge to give us a tour and tips while visiting Tashkent. Kitchen is well equiped. Thanks a lot, for sure we highly recommend and will comeback to this place.

A nice guest house with plenty of space. We were a party of 6 people and we had enough space to make us feel comfortable. Nice breakfast with plenty of options. But the host was the best - his commitment and friendly approach topped it all. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and answered our queries. Thank you so much Akram and family for making our trip special.

The location is in a very nice housing area, little far from city. House was clean, tidy and small. The host Akrom is an amazing guy so as his kids. He had helped arranging transport to mountain and took care of our luggages. Breakfast served was very good and he arranged to serve earlier one day upon our request as we have to catch early train to Bukhara. Warm house helped settle from outside cold and kids liked the home too. Beds and pillows were neatly arranged. The house alloted to us was a 1 bedroom house however have made the hall partitioned to use as another room for kids.

We expected bigger house and kitchen utensils but was not there as we have been alloted a new small one. Gas stow was there but no kitchen sink or utensils. Washing machine was not available on the home. (But he arranged washing for us).

The host Komil was super. Helped a lot even before our trip to suggest pkaces to visit, things to do etc. He and family made sure things are perfect for us. Exactly as it looked in pictures. Location also good and peaceful. There is a table tennis so we were able to enjoy after we did our sight seeing very good for a family. We have stayed here on the starting and came back and stayed in the final day of our trip.

Nothng much, but Toilet is very small. Still manageable.
