New hotel, nice structure, excellent personnel, international standards. The outdoor pool is very enjoyable on summer. Silence, quiet, privacy. Nice various Breakfast, very flexible restaurant management. Discrete entrance checkpoint for extra guests safety.

The hotel is a wonderful place to stay in, value for money, it has all what you need and more, full of facilities like sauna, Turkish hamam, swimming pool … etc, beautifully furnished, staff were unbelievably friendly, helpful and supportive, especially Daria who thankfully provided an immersive experience, walked us through even before we arrive and on every step of our stay. The hotel manager also was speaking fluent Arabic and provided an amazing hospitality while also providing valuable information for us. All made it feel home. Definitely this hotel will be our choice every time we come to Tashkent! while we highly recommend same!

We stayed one week in this hotel and we really enjoyed of our stay in Rayyan hotel. Rayyan Hotel & SPA was very clean, quiet, the interior was beautiful, beddings were very nice and comfortable . The location was very nice, near a supermarket and a few nice restaurants The breakfast was outstanding with variety of quality food and fruits and water was provided every day. The swimming pool was very nice and clean. A beautiful park was nearby, the staff was very kind and helpful especially the manager of the hotel Mr. Jamal and Mr. Haroon The receptionists were very kind and helpful. They speak English, guides well and is quite delightful. We really recommend this hotel and we would book this hotel again

The best hotel with kindest manager and staffs , Specially thanks to Mr. Harun Mr. Akmaljun Mr. Husan Ms. Dasha I came with my son , and they allowed my son to brought his friend to stay in hotel, Everything was perfect .

The only problem location was a little bit far from anywhere in centre , I paid a lot of money to taxi during my 1 week stay , more than 250$ .

Everything was perfect. It definitely deserves more than 3 stars. Sauna, hammam and swimming pool included in the price, breakfast with a wonderful view. Internet speed over 500 MB

It’s a very nice hotel, well maintained and with very attentive and friendly personnel, with a customer oriented approach and readiness to help their guests and make sure their experience is to the best possible standard. The hotel is sparkling clean from gym to rooms. There is a good gym, a very pleasant sauna with a tiny swimming pool indoors, and a hamam. The outdoor swimming pool was fully functional and useable in the end of April already. The breakfast was diverse and well prepared. There are options for different preferences, both with respect to the sweets, fruit and veggies, and more substantial options. It was very nice that seasonal local berries were served among vast fruit options, and excellent fragrant local tomatoes were available. Besides, the breakfast is served in a nice sunlit room with panoramic view and a terrace. Despite quite a considerable distance from the center, the locality is quite ok: there is an amusement park for kids 5 mins away and a local eco market with seasonal fruit, veggies and nuts within 15 min walk/5 min car ride from the hotel.

Location is not the strong point of the hotel, however this is compensated with the efficiency, reliability and availability of taxi service in Tashkent. The hotel is 20-30 minutes drive from the city center depending on traffic (taxi costs 3 euro to get to the city center), and some 30-40 mins drive to the airport. It would be also nice, if the area around the pool was greener and more umbrellas were available. The quality of coffee could be better (there was only americano available and it did not taste well).

Very friendly staff (even at arrival after midnight). The room and bed were comfortable. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The location is perfect for me since it is in walking distance from my work. I didn't see or use the fitness or pool facilities but I heard good stories about these too. I plan to book the hotel again for my next visit.

The kindest staff you will ever meet. They help you with everything. The hotel view is beautiful and the breakfast is very varied and delicious. The other facilities are excellent, such as the sauna, the swimming pool, especially the Turkish bath. The general manager is Mr. Jamal, he is very kind, cooperative, and very friendly. He speaks fluent Arabic.

The location is far from the historical centre.

Comfortable, attractive well-appointed room with good amenities. Staff were helpful. Even though we arrived very late at night - around 4am - staff were welcoming and brought our luggage to our room for us.

The hotel is located at Tashkent's periphery, so perhaps not ideal for someone wishing to explore the city's sites. However, for someone just passing through the location is fine.

The main restaurant was operating only for breakfast. No lunch or dinner available. The spa still not really operating. no serivices available.
