Large room, comfortable and clean bed, elevator to each level, large and clean pool. The air conditioning worked very well (reverse cycle), hot shower was good. Breakfast was also good with a variety of fruits, eggs, noodles and rice etc. The host was very nice and recommended a lot of things in the surroundings. Our laundry was done express and very clean too. The hotel is not at the Main Street which is very good and quiet but still easy to navigate. Grab works well everywhere. There is a nice restaurant for lunch and dinner just a couple of houses away.

The hotels location was very good. It was away from the busier main street, but still only a 5minutes walk to cafes and restaurants. The owner and his family were extremely welcoming, and went above and beyond for us. They let us leave our bags and wait at the hotel until we took our overnight train from Ninh Binh I would highly recommend this hotel, but it really is more like a homestay if I'm being honest. The family are so lovely and genuine. The price was excellent and it included breakfast. We also ate at the restaurant across the road. Very good food

We are a family of six looking for accommodation housed in one room. I'm glad that we are able to find Elizabeth Hotel Tam Coc. Room amenities were basic but enough. The owner was very friendly and was able to communicate in Mandarin and English. The owner was very helpful and very friendly. He arranged transport for our visit to various places of interest. We needed a good massage, and he arranged the massage at our room for a cheaper rate than the shop in town. Simple local breakfast provided. There is one nearby restaurant to settle our meals if we don't want to walk out to the main street. The main street can be quite a walk, but the hotel provides 2 bicycles for your convenience. The hotel provides in-house laundry service for our laundry needs. All the additional services provided by the hotel were at a reasonable good rate. We enjoyed our stay. We gave it a 10 for the value of money and meeting the basic needs of a family hotel.

The blanket is just a thin sheet of comforter cover, which we find it uncomfortable. Breakfast can be better with soup and breakfast toast options. It will be good if housekeeping can be done daily to replenish the toilet paper and clear the rubbish bins. Overall cleaniness is acceptable.

1) location is really good. 5 mins from main road, but quiet enough. a cool market and an excellent restaurant literally couple of meters up and down the road. 2) the hotel has a lot of different common areas which provide ample space for relaxing, reading, etc. some of them are roofed so you can use them even if it rains. 3) the pool is big and deep enough that you can actually swim. it is also clean. 4) breakfast good, some days made to order some days buffet style 5) rooms really nice, clean and comfy 6) the beds here are actually soft, rare find in south east asia, really nice. 7) owner very kind

Great location off the Main Street. Easy, clean and friendly. Excellent value for money. Rooms were clean, bathroom was nice and clean. The host family were beautiful. Not great with English but it wasn’t a problem. They had scooters to hire and helped organise drivers for us when we wanted to do activities. Everything was seamless. The pool was beautiful, especially after a long day exploring.

Breakfast was pretty basic but amazing it was still included for the price. Most days we just strolled up the road for a fresh banh mi which only cost around 20,000 vnd.

First and foremost the friendly staff. Very helpful, open and made the stay like a second home. Nice swimming pool, pool table. Organised trip was very good. Would definitely come back to stay here.

It was a shame that it rained, but then this is Vietnam in the rainy season.

I liked everything about the property. Rooms were clean , bathroom was clean and sufficient, Owner is the best part of the property he is very attentive, helpful and kind. We got good scooters for good price at the property itself he also helped us for locations and stuff. Even his family is really sweet. Place is beautiful there is beautiful passage to sit on second floor you can just take your coffee and and enjoy the whole vibe there. Pool was also nice and clean. He even dropped us at the place where we supposed to catch bus. Definitely recommend it for the price we are paying its worth it.

We definitely recommend this place! Good location on a quiet street, good wifi, free breakfast, and clean and cozy rooms. But what makes this place particularly great is the very kind and welcoming host. He also rented us a scooter for an extremely good price. Stay here if you’re in Tam Coc!

The kindest family ever, perfect location, away from the noise but also 5 minute walk from the busy area. Good breakfast, lovely pool with chill out area and can rent bikes! Lots of nice restaurants in the area too! So sad that we couldn’t stay longer, highly recommend!!

We had an amazing stay at Elizabeth Hotel, we frequently walked to the main street with all the restaurants so it's close to the center. The place is beautiful with nice relaxation areas. The staff went out of their way to help us. They gave us bicycles to rent for two days that was well priced and comfortable. They also suggested places to go to and what to expect, and telling us where we can park to avoid paying for parking. They rented a motorcycle to us and fueled it up at the same price as what the gas station charge. The best part for me was the day we checked out we came back late to bring back the motorcycle and they offered us a room to shower and freshen up for 2 hours while we wait for the train to take us to our next destination, they even paid for the taxi to take us to the train station. They also helped by phoning around when we couldn't get any tickets and found an alternative. They are extremely sweet and they make you feel like family we were quite sad to say goodbye. I would definitely recommend this place when in Ninh Binh.
