I was charged more than the price Booking.com had quoted me! The receptionist assured me that this was correct and due to Booking.com not including taxes. It was not a vast sum but it was annoying and disappointing. The room I'd booked was not available for my first night. I received a "free upgrade" to a room that was not as good. (It had a second bed, useless to me, but no window. It also meant my first full day was disrupted by having to move rooms.) The room safe was locked. There were no instructions on how to open or use it. I asked twice at reception for help with this but it never arrived. MOST SERIOUSLY.... There is an elevator but I sometimes chose to use the stairs. These were partially blocked in many places by old furniture. In the event of fire, this could be catastrophic.

Quick check-in. a clean studio with a kitchen and a balcony, a comfortable bed, air conditioning, dishes (if you need more dishes or kitchen utensils, you can take everything you need on the 1st floor). Fast internet in the hotel and on each floor, cleaning every day, water/tea/coffee brought every day. Bed linen is changed every week. Responsive staff, always ready to help. Convenient location to the beach 2 minutes, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby, a full-market with groceries around the corner, a little further 5 minutes walk there is Winmart+ and Moonmilk. I extended my stay at the hotel for another month - I feel at home here.

Fantastic location in the heart of walking area. Next to many shops and restaurants. Surprisingly quiet considering there are a few bars around. Big bright window. Elevator is a bit tight but again, not the worst. Room was clean. The morning team was a few young little ladies and even they had the courtesy of helping me carry my things out to the car without needing to ask. The type of service I'd expect in hospitality and hotel especially seeing that I'm alone with kids. The lobby space looks as though it may sometimes be used for dining is not well organized when I arrived. Chairs in disarray and things stored messily.

A bit small but manageable. When I checked in the gentleman watched me carry all my own bags in from the curb, up the stairs and to the desk while I had 2 toddler kids by myself. I had quite a bit as I was in the midst of moving homes and danang was a stop over. He stood and watched and waited for me to collect my things at the desk. Bathroom has a sulfer like smell at certain times of the day which i guess is some sort of plumbing issue.

No breakfast option. Location is great. Hotel is within walking distance of most major amenities like supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, spas and the beach. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Hang, who goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the guests are well looked after. There's a nice food stall only a few doors away, on the same street, that sells Vietnamese banh mi and drinks. Highly recommended. I usually get the pressed banh mi & freshly squeezed fruit juice for AUD$3.10.

Well, good value for money. Costs about ~13 EUR per day, so definitely worth it. 5 min walk till beach and cafe-restaurants area. If you sleep well despite background noise safely book room here.

Extremly noisy, during my stay I experienced construction works at 4am across the street, drummers concert at 6am at the shop nearby, not mentioning motobike sellers with load speakers driving around every 10-15 minutes.

near the beach, fully equipped, we were supported with free early check-in (at 13:00). We have stayed here many times, the previous times were okay, but this time was really different, the room was super clean, beautifully decorated, the bed sheets were also changed, the fabric softener smelled super pleasant. The staff was beautiful, enthusiastic, they knew about this city.

It was a really great location! Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, with tons of cool restaurants, bars, and shops in the area. We got upgraded to a family room and it was really big! It also had a full kitchen with a cook top, pots and pans, full size fridge and balcony. The bathroom was really spacious and water pressure was amazing.

They had free water the first day in the lobby, but it ran out and they didn't refill it. We asked them if they were going to and it might have been a language issue but they told us that the water wasn't going to be refilled in the future and we had to get our own water. They did provide 2 tiny bottles in the room every day but it wasn't enough.

The staff are very friendly and the hotel is in a very good location! Easy walk to the beach and multiple restaurants. Good value for the money!

One piece of miscommunication in our booking was we thought breakfast was included as it said so when we booked the accommodation. It seems like this might have been something they did before as there is a set up area on the first floor, but not something included now! This wasn’t a bad point, more of a clarification for a people booking!

Very accessible to the tourist spot, a lot of restaurants and convenient store nearby. Few steps to my khe beach. The location is perfect 👍

Maybe only the house keeping, they should improve offering the daily cleaning of the room.

Television is not smart TV. Can't see anything else but local cable. The hotel lobby is pretty hot.
