The hotel is very much as it appears in the photographs. It is very clean, spacious and has great views of Ha Long Bay especially from the restaurant on the 5th floor and the roof top bar which has a great outside seating and garden area. It is also very quiet at night. The rooms are spacious and clean and again, each room has a sea view. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

There was nothing to dislike. We visited out of season and so the hotel was very quiet but that was to be expected. The lobby bar/cafe was closed but I imagine when it is open and more people are staying, there is a great atmosphere there.

A very sweet and quiet boutique hotel ~ it’s off the beaten track and wonderful if you want to get away from the noise and busy life. Many of the staff don’t speak English, but the manager keeps in touch with guests by WhatsApp and helped us with anything that the desk staff could not. We appreciated the free loan of bicycles and we also wanted a motorbike for a day from the hotel which let us go and see most of HaLong and also a little bit of CatBa by taking it on the ferry.

Everything was fine except that we had a problem with the air conditioner in our room on the first night and the hotel was fully booked. The staff were attentive and when someone else cancelled their reservation later that evening, they let us switch to their room.

This stylish hotel has chic decor, so many little elegant touches. Reception was efficient and we had a warm welcome. Our room was just as in the photos: beautiful, bright & cheery, clean, comfortable bed, great storage, a nice little balcony with 2 chairs and an amazing view of the sea and the limestone cliffs. We had a few minor issues that were dealt with promptly by staff who are courteous and kind. We stayed here one night prior to our HaLong Bay cruise but if you’re staying in the area, the beach looks lovely for the warmer months. The staff spoke no English which wasn’t an issue with our Google translate and the manager gives you her personal contact number and responds immediately if you need anything. The morning breakfast was great and presented so nicely. Thank you for a wonderful overnight stay at your hotel.

Cute place, everything looks new and clean and pleasant. Great view from the balcony. Staff was very very helpful and kind and smiling. Breakfast was interesting and tasty (had to choose in advance, maybe because it's low season). Overall it seems a worthwhile place but it was very odd to be there in a very quiet season.

This might not matter at other times of year, but the area was so quiet it was completely dead - a bit weird in the evening. Anyway I was kind of expecting it given my research, just it was quieter than I even expected! The air con didn't do hot air and it was a cold night, I assume this is usually irrelevant. They offered extra blankets so that was okay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. At the reception you can scan QR code with WhatsApp contact person, whose speaks English very well and is responding fast. This was suggested by reception lady who did not feel so good with her english. Breakfasts on the top floor with overview of Halong are just amazing Hotel is renovated into a very nice style.

Some people might not like that the hotel is actually on a little hill, so when you arrive at midday, you might sweat your shirt just by walking up those extra 300m from the main road so,if your bus does not take you directly to the hotel. The area around is somewhat in development now by Sept. 2023, not a tourist resort (yet?). But for us it was within cycling to the ferry (to Cat Ba) and a beach, so we were okay with the location. We were asked to provide exact time when we would like to have a breakfast - might not be okay for everyone.

I love the room views is breathtaking. The decorations is cute and very instagrammable. Love how the building is stood up in the hill and the view is no blocking .

Always check your final bill. They almost overcharged me with the mini bar stuff that I never consumed.

Breakfast was due to start at 7 but food didn’t arrive till 7.30 so probably this could be addressed But when it did arrive , we ate on a beautiful terrace overlooking Halong bay

Gorgeous top floor restaurant and helpful staff. Very cute hotel with nice views and the family room was ideal for an overnight stay.

Cash only policy made it awkward for payment. We had to be followed to an ATM to pay our bill in cash while rushing to check out for our Ha Long Bay cruise.

This hotel is beautifully presented, the staff are wonderful, so lovely. We had to walk some distance to find a restaurant , but it was worth it, we had an adventure.

There's no resturants close by, so you need transport or you're able to walk some distance.

The hotel is tastefully decorated and furnished. The view from the balconies on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floor in the rooms on the front of the hotel over Halong Bay is amazing . Once the breakfast area on the top floor is finished, the view from there will be stunning, too. Staff are very welcoming and will try and arrange anything for you. Free bike rental is available. Access to tour boats and ferry to islands for day trips and/or overnight stay only 1km away.

We were here wintertime , so not much happening (we took a short taxi ride to “mainland” one evening) Slightly remote, but taxis readily available at low cost.
