The rooms were really nice. We had a balcony The food was delicious. The time of 1 night is enough. The tour guide Huu, was reall ynice and helpful. Great activities, kayak, short trek and caves

The bus from and to Hanoi were included so to go somewhere else after you wasted the "free" return. The bus should be excluded from the price. Also the bus stopped in a super touristy place and we lost some useful time. I would have liked to wake up later in the morning and enjoy more the room and start the day at 8.30 instead than at 6.50

The boats are amongst the smaller of cruise lines serving Ha Long bay, however the level of service is at least equal to lines charging twice the price. The itinerys are similar for all cruise lines. Rooms are well appointed, spacious and all ensuite. Food is the highlight, plentiful and of very good quality. Staff are genuinely friendly, although this seems to be the case with all cruise lines who will team up when numbers are low and share excursions. The bay itself is spectacular and although it can be seen on a one night trip really needs two nights to fully appreciate.

No Wi-Fi and phone reception is patchy depending on location

This cruise far exceeded my expectations. It was wonderful value for money and we had some incredible experiences. Our host for the cruise, Huu, was enthusiastic and thorough, making us feel hugely welcome and valued during our time on the boat. Nothing was ever an issue. The crew even made our cruise a bit extra special with it being Christmas. The best thing was by far our day cruise as we got out of the way of the majority of other boats to Lan Ha Bay for a peaceful day on the water. Our transfer from Halong to Ninh Binh following the cruise was organised effortlessly by Fantasea, and again great value for money.

The only thing I could comment on was that the sunbathing chairs could use some cushioning.

Nice cabin and very nice activities.

Water is very expensive (2 USD for 500 ml) and it’s not possible to buy it elsewhere while cruising.

The short cruise was great fun. Was made to feel very welcome by all staff and guide Peter. The catering was fantastic, I was given multiple dishes to make up for not eating the seafood they were serving. The rooms were decent and good for the night stay we had. Great option if you’re looking for a cheaper option.

Not much relaxing time given but was fine for us. Had to pay for water throughout the trip.

The room is very nice and confortable. Very clean, spacious and has amazing views of the ocean. We were able to have extremely good sleep quality, since the water was really calmed and we wore ear plugs to avoid any possible noise. The staff was really nice and shared a lot of information with us.

The sides still allow light to pass to the room, which can wake you up from 5 something am/6am. On the first day they took as to visit a very touristy cave, which no one enjoyed actually. Was too crowded and there was nothing to see. We enjoyed a cave on the last day where we could feel more as on an adventure. We went kayaking for a couple of days, but it was very short activity and not so much to see. On the second day started raining very much and there was no activities on the boat/nothing to do at all to be honest, which made our trips very boring. If there’s no sunny in Halong Bay, it’s not worth it at all.

This was an excellent cruise, the staff was amazing and they had so many vegetarian food options for us! The food was excellent, massive quantities. Activities were fun. You do all the same things as the super expensive cruises but it costs you less for the cruise. Shuttle included too!!

It’s definitely an older boat but still very clean. Not modern but we didn’t care. It’s a slower pace, I think people love these cruises because they get to relax. We like to always be on the move so 2 nights was too long for us. 1 night would have been perfect.

2 nights on cruise, last night at Cat Ba Island, hotel was ok and comfortable. But room on cruise was excellent! Should have booked in Vietnam 🇻🇳. Drinks extra. Excellent staff and food. Tour guides was brilliant, always informative.

Evenings could be more active although there was karaoke and squid fishing. Would prefer to stay three nights on boat.

Staff were more than helpful in providing a comfortable trip, well organised, good for solo traveller

All went to plan. The guides were charming and helpful Ha Long bay , beautiful , unique, very touristy, well organised, nice to be based on a boat. Meals were good.
