Hạ Long Bay needs no introduction and is worth every penny spent. It is simply astounding. To fully enjoy the trip, I recommend the 3-day, 2-night cruise (actually 2 full days, considering check-in and check out are typically around noon). Ample vegan options are available on board; simply advise the cruise staff of your dietary needs when booking, and they will cater to you with great care and attention. I also want to commend Mr. Andrew, who greeted us with a warm smile during our first lunch, provided information about the cruise itinerary, and was always present to support us throughout the journey. He is truly a one-of-a-kind gentleman.

We really enjoyed our 1 night 2 day stay on Erina Cruise. All of the staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating and were attentive throughout. The boat itself is stylish and comfortable. The food was of good quality and we enjoyed having drinks in the Sky Bar on the upper deck. Special shout-out to our waiter, John (from Laos), who always had a smile on his face. He made our trip special and we enjoyed getting to know him. The GM, Tom Cruise, is a fantastic tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and always smiling. We would stay on Erina Cruise again if we come back to Halong Bay.

We paid for full board but this didn’t include tea, coffee or water which we expected especially for the price. we also booked this with a 50% deal and not sure it’s worth full price as the food was only okay.

Halong bay is a unique place in the world. It is a very beautiful place that someone should experience. Erina cruise offer a quality experience to this regard. Highly recommended (especially the 3d2n offer in order to experience the most). I believe that spending a full day in the area like we did, bicycle to the picturesque Viet Hai village through the island’s nature was just unique. As for the personnel, all of them are kind & very helpful assisting to your every need. Special thanks to our host Ozil who arranged my wife’s gluten free meals and any other food or general request from both of us. Truly unforgettable experience.

At some locations there is problem with internet connection (both WiFi and cellular service so be prepared to be alone with nature:)). However, this is minor issue due to the amazing experience that Halong bay offers.

We stayed for 2 nights/3days. It was superb! Food on board is really delicious, especially the buffet options we really enjoyed. Our host Andrew was exceptional and took really great care of us. The whole crew was super lovely and helpful. We enjoyed kayaking, swimming and cycling on Cat Ba and it was the best ending of our honeymoon in Vietnam we could imagine.

The Cruiseship was a must. They follow the plan and pick you with a luxury bus. Then you get a boat transfer to the ship. They welcome you well and are avaiable to help often. The quality of the Room is outstanding and i believe this could be one of the best Cruise óptions to see halong bay. A special thanks to the staff ,Kim , Andrew and Jayson. I will Come back again but probably for the presidential suite.

We did the 3 day, 2 night cruise and it definitely gives you so much more value. Our favourite day was day 2 where we did so much from bike riding, to kayaking and swimming off the side of the boat surrounded by gorgeous scenes. It never felt too rushed. The guide that we had with us during the day was fun and knowledgable. I loved the bedroom, it was so spacious and the bathtub was incredible. We enjoyed sitting out there at night. The bay we went to wasn't crowded which was an added bonus.

I think the on-boarding process was a little chaotic, we didn't feel entirely in the loop. But once we were on the boat everything went smoothly.

She anticipated our every need, from personalized drinks upon arrival to arranging the most memorable excursions, always with a warm smile and impeccable professionalism. The cruise itself was stunning, offering unparalleled views of Lan Ha Bay's emerald waters and towering limestone cliffs. Our cabin was spacious and a relaxing atmosphere. Whether you’re lounging on the deck or enjoying a beautifully prepared meal in the restaurant, every detail of the journey was designed for ultimate comfort and luxury. But what really set the Erina Cruise apart was Sophie. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt pampered throughout our stay. Whether it was recommending the best spots for photos, or simply checking in to make sure we were having the best time, her personal touch made all the difference. We cannot recommend this cruise enough, especially if you’re lucky enough to have Sophie as your butler. Her exceptional service made this an unforgettable experience!

That said, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. One was the limited amount of drinking water provided each day. While extra bottles could be requested for a cost, it did feel a bit restrictive for a luxury cruise. Additionally, while the cabin itself was comfortable, the floor could have been cleaned more thoroughly — there were a few spots that could’ve used more attention, though the rest of the room was spotless.

We loved our stay at Erina. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable, all very pretty, and what a view from the huge windows in the bathroom and bedroom, and balcony! All the facilities in the boat were great. The heated pool was really nice. All staff were very friendly and helpful. It was my husband's bday and they offered a delicious bday cake which made the occasion more special. Food was very good, and they managed to accommodate my diet requirements which was amazing. We would definitely recommend the Erina cruise!

One suggestion would be having some info about the places visited available beforehand, as it was difficult to hear the tour guide during the small boat trips due to the engine noise. The internet was horrendous but I guess it's due to the location. Another thing to mention was the rubbish in the water, which is so sad to see.. maybe having some signs asking people not to throw rubbish in the water etc could help a bit, however it's a big and complex issue worldwide and not Erina's fault.
