Hạ Long Bay needs no introduction and is worth every penny spent. It is simply astounding. To fully enjoy the trip, I recommend the 3-day, 2-night cruise (actually 2 full days, considering check-in and check out are typically around noon). Ample vegan options are available on board; simply advise the cruise staff of your dietary needs when booking, and they will cater to you with great care and attention. I also want to commend Mr. Andrew, who greeted us with a warm smile during our first lunch, provided information about the cruise itinerary, and was always present to support us throughout the journey. He is truly a one-of-a-kind gentleman.

The boat is amazing! They take you to Lan Ha bay instead of Ha Long Bay, ha long Bay is way too crowded with over 500 boats where as Lan Ha Bay has only 60 boats as it’s protected and marked as a national park/ reserve. The staff were so friendly, our man Lucas is top tier. We recommend staying 2 nights so you can do the day tour onto the island.

Their communication lacked when they changed the schedule on us last minute and we missed our morning kayak into the caves which i was looking for to. They gave us a complimentary drink to say sorry but we paid for the tours not drinks

The facilities were fantastic: the rooms were incredible, clean and had amazing views from the lovely spacious balcony. The activities were all thought out and expertly planned and organised. The meals were tasty and the dining experience was beautiful. Special thanks to CIN, who taught us how to fish squid, welcomed us every morning with a bright smile and answered all our questions. She is so helpful and you would be lucky to have her on board. Thank you to LUCY who was our stewardess and took care of us every day.

We really enjoyed our 1 night 2 day stay on Erina Cruise. All of the staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating and were attentive throughout. The boat itself is stylish and comfortable. The food was of good quality and we enjoyed having drinks in the Sky Bar on the upper deck. Special shout-out to our waiter, John (from Laos), who always had a smile on his face. He made our trip special and we enjoyed getting to know him. The GM, Tom Cruise, is a fantastic tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and always smiling. We would stay on Erina Cruise again if we come back to Halong Bay.

We paid for full board but this didn’t include tea, coffee or water which we expected especially for the price. we also booked this with a 50% deal and not sure it’s worth full price as the food was only okay.

The property was lovely! The rooms were spacious, my wife especially enjoyed the bathtub. The food was also really lovely! Especially the fish we had on the first day during lunch, the views were also stunning! And the Kanoo activity was really fun! We would also like to give a mention to Tina, she is one of the staff on board who was very helpful and kind! Her professionalism and attention to details was very much appreciated! She went above and beyond for all our needs and we are very Grateful.

Some of the minor details like updating/repainting the Dec as you could see some of the wood was old, to be honest it’s an aesthetic thing rather than a practical thing.

This was my first time experiencing a cruise in Vietnam, and it was absolutely amazing! The room was incredibly comfortable, the views were stunning, the food was delicious, and there were plenty of fun activities to enjoy. There wasn’t a single thing I didn’t enjoy about this cruise—even though I didn’t manage to catch any squid during the squid fishing class! HAHAHA! It was still such a fun and memorable experience. I absolutely loved it and can’t wait to give it another try next time!

Halong bay is a unique place in the world. It is a very beautiful place that someone should experience. Erina cruise offer a quality experience to this regard. Highly recommended (especially the 3d2n offer in order to experience the most). I believe that spending a full day in the area like we did, bicycle to the picturesque Viet Hai village through the island’s nature was just unique. As for the personnel, all of them are kind & very helpful assisting to your every need. Special thanks to our host Ozil who arranged my wife’s gluten free meals and any other food or general request from both of us. Truly unforgettable experience.

At some locations there is problem with internet connection (both WiFi and cellular service so be prepared to be alone with nature:)). However, this is minor issue due to the amazing experience that Halong bay offers.

We stayed for 2 nights/3days. It was superb! Food on board is really delicious, especially the buffet options we really enjoyed. Our host Andrew was exceptional and took really great care of us. The whole crew was super lovely and helpful. We enjoyed kayaking, swimming and cycling on Cat Ba and it was the best ending of our honeymoon in Vietnam we could imagine.
