Location was close to night market ( do go see so colorful lights fun area for kids and bright quirky lights on motorises tricycle local restaurants , and river . Quiet , clean , balcony can see outside to street , nice modern decore , mini fridge and air conditioner works well. Smart TV and good internet . Lovely cheerful staff .organised next destination for us always helpful .

Water pressure in shower poor and bed abit hard for myself . No elevator however did assist with suitcase. Couldn’t leave any crumbs , food , coffee or water in kettle as those tiny ants quick to arrive again have encountered them afew times in Asian country .

Nice newish clean and quiet little hotel close to most amenities (waterfront, new night market, downtown market, cafés and restaurants). Comfortable bed and linen, cold fridge, silent aircon, spacious shower, and most importantly welcoming english-speaking owner surrounded by polite and helpful staff. Excellent price point for services advertised and delivered.

Honest and extremely helpful, sweet staff!! They helped us book our ferry tickets to Phu Quốc and the tickets ended up being less than advertised price. The lovely staff messaged to notify me and refunded us the difference!! I would never have known unless they told me!! The hotel is impeccably clean!!! Cleaner than many places back home in Australia!! 10 out 10!!

Very nice, quiet room with good balcony looking into a lot of green trees for us. The owner helped us with our border crossing into Cambodia by checking the taxi prices from the border to both Kep and Phnom Penh, and checking the bus time also so we could decide which was the best option. Reception also called us a taxi twice (15 ish mins to the beach), and arranged the return taxi after we used WhatsApp to tell them we were ready to return from the beach. They also got us a breakfast of pate and egg banh mi in, on request, at a reasonable price. We recommend the little shop opposite for a cheap, sweet coffee too.

Unfortunately when we checked in, and all the following day, the English speaking owner was out of town and the desk staff didn’t speak any English. However they were really friendly and were trying hard to be helpful, and thanks to google translate and lots of gestures they did help us out by ordering breakfast and taxis for us. Luckily the day before we checked out the owner returned, in time to help us with the more complicated issue of border crossing.

We just stayed overnight before crossing the border into cambodia so sadly didn't get to soak up the beautiful atmosphere. Its very calm, really sleek design, and the staff organised a driver to the border for us for early the next morning. Really good pho across from the road of the hotel too.

Nothing. Just a note if you're coming to do as we did and cross into cambodia- If coming off a bus it might leave you outside the town of ha tien and you may have to haggle with a fairly informal bike driver waiting to bring people into the town. As it was late and dark I was happy I wasn't on my own, but the drivers were actually very fair and in the end brought us to the hotel for about 4/5 dollars in total for the two of us.

Very nice homestay in Ha Thien, perfect for 1 night waiting for the ferry the next day Rooms has everything that is needed, beds very comfortable, family very friendly and helpful everything was very clean and decorated with love and cute details

The staff at this hotel (particularly the owner) are so helpful. We were stuck in Ha Tien because of the ferry being cancelled and the owner went above and beyond calling companies to help us find a different way to travel. The hotel is also nicely decorated and comfortable beds.

Immaculate modern vibe, super clean and icy and great staff, at least 2 speak great English and helped with our onward travels. Recommended.

Little walk, 10 mins from sea and the roads are not yet tarmacced, under construction Dec 23. Didn’t worry us…

The room was clean and comfortable, The location is a little bit out of the main area but the hotel had bikes and motorbikes that you could hire. Airconditioning worked well.

Only one staff member spoke English which sometimes made things a bit difficult.

Great small family-run hotel. Room was comfortable with good a/c, and staff and owners so helpful in every respect. Good restaurants nearby for breakfast and scooters to rent. Nice locality. 100% recommended.
