This place does not include breakfast, they have a kitchen included, and we love to make our own food. The location is easy to find food and daily use.There are also big shopping mall nearby(5 - 10 min by taxi). The only thing that bothers us is downstairs at the entrance street is a garbage spot. It smells and bring lots of dust. Others ,everything are all good.

My room was very clean and well-organised, and the staffs were nice

It was unfortunately located near crowded streets, making it noisy all day round. Besides, I was asked to pay in advance, which I have never neither experienced at other properties on this platform. I'm not sure if I was the only one who experienced this discomfort. All good if this is a policy for all guests.

The location of the hotel is good. You can walk to Linh Lang street and Tomibun supermarket. In addition, the local morning market nearby is very lively and gives you a feel of Ho Chi Minh.

There were small ants on the dining table and kitchen in the room.

The apartment is spacious, clean (cleaned 3 times a week), the staff very friendly and helpful (Big Up to Ms. Linh for her efficiency and to the guard in the parking for his kindness), and with a nice balcony. The location is great, Tay Ho as well as the old quarter are quickly and easily accessible. Internet is good and fast. I really enjoyed this stay and I recommend it!

Sometimes there is a noise due either to the evacuation of the AC located on the balconies, or to the construction work nearby (no responsibility of the management though).

The apartment is as advertised. It’s spacious, clean & comfortable. The lady on reception was extremely nice & helpful. I would recommend this apart hotel. Very good.

Good value for money. Cleaning done often. Lots of space in the apartment. Quiet. People on reception always friendly and helpful.

The location is near the road, so quite a lot of exhaust may get in. Also had some smells in the kitchen ventilation when people were cooking next door (probably). Nothing too bad though.

Room is spacious, much bigger than I thought. Everything was good. Worth every penny.

Receptionist was not very attentive. Sound proofing was not good.

Friendly staff. Apartment as in the pictures, spacious and clean. Easily accessible, convenient location - there is a WinMart grocery store right next door, and is close to shopping malls Lotte Center and Vincom Center. Newly opened gym at the premises was a pleasant surprise.

I was missing a kettle, but also didn't ask about it, so they may have had something available on request.

- Extra large fully-furnished Japanese styled apartment for 700k/night. - Sparkling clean. - Amazing place to catch the sunrise. They have large windows in bedroom with river view. - Love the way they separate the toilet with bathroom. The toilet is modded with automatic bidet.

- The location - It’s by the garbage river. The smell outdoor were just terrible. - Stupid Chinese Android TV box. Couldnt download Netflix, Youtube or even VTV Go.
