Loved this stay. We stayed for 8 nights when we were in Hanoi. It is a great location in a quiet area but close enough to walk or take a quick grab to the old quarter. The staff were great and the apartment was cleaned when requested. Everything was comfortable and very clean when we arrived. The view is so amazing from the balcony so would highly recommend getting the lake view room.

Nothing, only thing that would have made it a tiny bit better was some outdoor seats to sit on the balcony. There also wasn’t very much kitchen equipment but we didnt really use it anyway but good to keep in mind if you are wanting to cook.

It was spacious studio that had an extra bedroom.

There was a lot of construction getting to the property and it was difficult to find initially.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful in getting me settled in. They had offered me hot tea and fresh fruits. Also I used to come back late at night, it was a smooth process to get back into the property. Highly recommended for everyone looking to stay in Hanoi as it overlooks Truc Bach lake.

The check in time could be a bit earlier say 12 pm instead of 14:30 pm, but other than that I wouldn't change a thing.

The place near Truc Bach lake and Westlake, about 3 to 5 minutes to find foods. Host very responsive, provide all help if you need. The place is very cozy, have all stuffs you need to stay in longer period, highly recommend to try out

Great neighborhood with outdoor dining street one block away

You need to ask which floor you are on. Floor 3 has no balcony or lake view of Truc Bach lake. However the owner was very nice and worked with us on a discount

The location is excellent, everything you need is close by. The room was very clean with all the facilities that you need. the staff are friendly and helpful.

Booked at Lux for the first time without expecting very good service from the security guard to the maids. Room furniture is very new. I very like. Next time will book again, Thanks
