It was a nice room with a bench and small sofa which we liked a lot. The room had a double bed and an extra single for my son and some room to spare. There was a window that you could open which made it pleasant. The staff was very helpful and was even willing to ship shoes that were left on accident. They went over and beyond in this matter. The breakfast area was comfortable and clean. It was in a perfect location for food choices and close to the lake for walking.

The refrigerator was not working and the internet was very slow. We moved down to the lobby when we needed to have a good connection though. The breakfast had only a few choices of food and juice.

The staff are very helpful and willing to address any concerns or provide genuine and personalised suggestions of places to visit. For example, they suggested where I can go to swim and the best local place for trying spring rolls. The breakfast was delicious- everyday fresh and tasty! The rooms were clean. The Aircon and shower were fully functional. The view does not feature a lake, but it's still nice - overlooking the neighbouring houses and streets. It was also convenient to be offered a laundry service, for a very reasonable price, with same day pick up. The location of the property is superb! It's quiet at night but the lake and the French quarter are all a walkable distance away- perfect combo! Overall, given the service of the staff, the breakfast and the location, I am satisfied :)

I think the hotel hasn't updated the information on booking for a while. If you expect to visit the skybar or see the lake view, you will not find them here.

My flight was very early and I arrived in Hanoi at 7:40A.M. The hotel check in is 2pm, but the hotel granted my request to arrange their car to pick me up at the airport at 7:40 and allowed me to leave my luggage at the hotel. However, since my arrival to Hanoi was right after storm Yagi, I couldn't go out and was gonna wait at the lobby until check in time, but Miss Joy was kind enough to allow me to check in earlier cause of perhaps how I looked haha🙂 Miss Joy and her counterpart for the next shift(sadly I didn't get his name) made sure my stay was comfortable. They helped me with everything I needed. The room itself is also very cozy, especially the bed I requested🙂the breakfast was also outstanding. You can also find many small shops where you can eat around the hotel. So I am very satisfied that I chose their hotel.

There is nothing I didn't like about their hotel. It's the weather during that time that I didn't like so much because I couldn't walk around and share much about what to see and where to go fromthe hotel.

The location is excellent—just a short walk to West Lake and the Old Quarter, with plenty of local eateries nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the free Wi-Fi worked well. Comfortable and clean with helpful and friendly staff. The location was slightly further away from the old town than some other similar hotels, but close to a quieter and more attractive neighbourhood. Good breakfast.

The transfer from the airport to the hotel was arranged by the hotel but provided by a third party. The provider did not follow the instructions provided by the hotel to wait inside the terminal near the arrivals exit point (he was eventually found outside the terminal). The driver then drove in an excessively aggressive manner, Not having been in Vietnam before, initially I thought that this driving may have been the accepted standard. However, subsequent experiences of driving in Vietnam did not replicate this aggressive manner. The hotel should discontinue using this particular third party provider and should better vet future third party providers.

The room was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel's location near West Lake offered a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to the city's main attractions. However, I did notice some minor maintenance issues in the bathroom that could be addressed. Overall, a solid choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience.

Breakfast was a real treat every morning. The ingredients were fresh, and we loved building our own banh mi with all the toppings. The pho was rich and flavorful, and the fresh juices were a refreshing touch. One night we ordered crab and pork spring rolls from room service — they were beautifully done. We also discovered a fantastic street vendor right next to the hotel serving bun cha— grilled pork in a tangy broth with vermicelli.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a bed that ensured a good night’s sleep. It was also spotless and had a pleasant fragrance. Breakfast offered a nice mix of traditional Vietnamese dishes and some Western options. The hotel is located in a quieter area of Hanoi, yet it’s just a short 20-minute walk to the bustling Old Quarter, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing stay while still being close to the action.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff provided friendly service throughout. However, the hallways were a bit narrow, and the shower had some issues with adjusting the hot water. The buffet breakfast was decent, and you could even order omelettes or pancakes made fresh. While the location is a bit further from some of the city's main attractions, it's still a good place to stay.

I truly recommend this hotel if you want to have a relaxed and comfortable stay. For sure a place to return in Hanoi. Staff - very kind and attentive with us since the moment we booked the rooms online. The manager gave us her contact and helped us with everything such as tours, transportation, SIM cards, etc. Always keeping it very professional but making us feel at home. Room - big and with all the facilities needed. Bed was really comfortable. Cleaning - clean and smelling good. Breakfast - typical Vietnamese buffet but also with good western/american choices. Location - very good on a more relaxed area of Hanoi but just 20min walking from the old quarter.
