The hotel is lovely and located at at a great spot. Staff was vey helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, pancakes were specially good. We stayed at the presidential suite, the king size bed was the best bed we slept in during our 20 days in Vietnam, pillows were so comfy. Shower was perfect and spacious, toilet was that japanese type toilet with warm seat. Room was perfectly heated when we walked in after a cold rainy day outside. Thank you for a great time.

The only thing is that there was no hangers around the bathroom, so we had to leave the towels on the chair which was very awkward. I mean with the size of the shower you could fit wall hooks inside it and they wouldn't get wet. Also the vanity desk had no mirror, which completely defeats the purpose of a vanity desk, it was just a desk in the bathroom, and since the rest of the bathroom's lighting were all spot lights on the ceiling it was very hard to see what I was doing with my makeup. That was it really, these are super easy to fix and would make our next visit perfect.

I loved Le Jardin because when we went in we were a little early, they served us a welcome drink and allowed us to check in 3 hours before our allowed check in time. They also called me to ask if I need to have my clothes in the basket sent to laundry. Then they also allowed us to use the gym and pool in their other hotel. Further, the staff were so kind especially the employee named THUY the one at the breakfast buffet. She took our pictures and even offered her phone to be the one we will use for taking pictures because my iPhone had bad lighting and she sent thoes pictures to me. When we left, there was a person who asked us about our stay and she was so kind to even assist us until our grab for the airport arrived.

First, i love the well decorated lobby. Following also the Staff are super friendly and excellent in Hospitality, they’re very helpful in all aspects. I love my room, it has bathtub, spacious, everything same as I expected from the pictures. The breakfast also great. I also did work out at the other sister hotel gym which is accessible by le Jardin hotel guest.

Not that i dont like these things but just a reminder foll future guest: My room was nice, but it wasnt soundproof from the street, so i recommend to bring earplugs because the street already give noise early morning. Which i did, so I have no problem during my sleep. The location is not within the old quarter, it’s near old quarter, so you need to walk at least 20mnt to get in the center of old quarter (not recommend to walk during summer/hot season). Unless you spend a bit of money for Grab bike which i did and it was very very cheap and it was totally fine. Overall it’s still perfect place to stay and i will stay here again when I back in Hanoi!

One of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had! We booked the Family Suite and Deluxe Twin Room — both were spotless, spacious, and so well-designed (the Family Suite even has two showers and toilets — super convenient!). Even before arrival, the staff were messaging us via WhatsApp to confirm everything. Service was amazing the entire time — always offering drinks, help, and small gestures that made a huge difference. Location is perfect: just outside the Old Quarter so it’s peaceful but still central. The lobby is gorgeous and smells so good. The hotel café is great too — definitely try the coconut smoothie! Breakfast had lots of choices — both buffet and à la carte (I loved the eggs benedict). Housekeeping cleaned our rooms daily and even offered laundry help. We had a late-night flight and they let us shower after check-out in a private room fully stocked with everything. This hotel thinks of every detail — truly above and beyond. Highly recommend — 10/10 stay!

The hotel is lovely with bright rooms and located at walking distance to major sights. The aircon can cool and heat the room. It is nice that you can use the pool of the neighbor hotel.

Breakfast does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel: firstly, it is a á-la-carte breakfast - if you want to eat from the buffet, you have to pay extra; also café latte or a cappuccino is not included. I ordered pancakes with banana, though the banana was out of stock. So I switched to pineapple instead. Got half a spoon of pineapple with my 3 tiny pancakes. My ordered green tea never arrived. Breakfast staff was super unmotivated. Every homestay that I stayed at during my trip in Vietnam performed better on the breakfast. Expected more given the price of the room.

The hotel was clean, tidy with great amenities. Sadly, we did not have the opportunity to explore them all which is the reason it is marked down a little. The location is outside the busy part of what people understand to be downtown Hanoi. So, a lot quieter and less sound of horns. The coffee shop on site is an absolute delight which serves top quality coffee. A special shout of to Tracey the member of staff who helped us with, check-in, ATM, changing up monies and spots for lunch when time was limited. I would definitely recommend.

The paving outside the property can be a bit loose. Watch you step.

Located in an accessible neighborhood a few minute walk away from the much busier old quarter, our stay in this hotel was totally beyond my expectation. I booked three rooms for 8 people and no one found the morning hustle and bustle of the street an issue. The hotel is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. The staff was excellent. Not only are there english speaking speakers, they're very accommodating and honest as well. When I booked for a hotel shuttle going from and to the airport, they politely informed me that their price could be slightly different than airport services (I still booked the hotel shuttle and the driver was very kind). They also computed me options for exchanging money when I asked help. Because our group is staying for more than a couple of nights, the hotel graciously provided complimentary fruits to every room. A pleasant surprise to end our day! We didn't notice until our third day but this hotel actually also has a pool and gym that is accessible through their sister hotel just across the street. We didn't swim because it's December so the weather is cold.

The AC unit is mounted facing directly to the bed so the cold air can be chilly at night without a blanket

We stayed for 4 nights in a deluxe room with a balcony. Had a couple of minor issues which were sorted and I must say the service from the staff in particular Stacey was 100 percent. We will have very fond memories of our time spent there.

I am not a fan of showers over the bathtub. In particular the bath is quite a deep one so anyone with mobility issues would find showering a problem. Also when showering the water floods out onto the floor which I didn't realise the first time and it can be quite slippery

We had an excellent stay at this hotel and enjoyed it very much. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic—very diverse, with a great selection at the buffet, and the option to order eggs or pancakes from the menu was a nice touch. The rooms were spotless, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The only small downside for us was the location, as it is a bit outside the city. Since we had planned a few day trips, it was somewhat challenging because our tour providers couldn’t pick us up from this area. However, Grab worked perfectly, so getting around was still easy and convenient.
