Friendly and smiling staff, also offer laundry service in house. We were upgraded to the room with a balcony which was lovely! Due to the location, it was actually quite quiet at night so we slept well!

Bathroom needed a deep clean and fix as there was a tile missing in the ceiling and so marks on the side but nothing that bothered us! It’s a little further out from town but still walkable.

Very good location that is near night market, walking street, old quarter and Hanoi Citadels and West Lake. There are many street food and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff. FREE MINI BAR AT ROOM that was excellent services. I can eat instant noodles and drinks coke at night for free. They also have Netflix on TV.

I asked information about foot massage nearby, but one of the staff recommend me with the expensive and unappropriated one. I had trouble negotiate the price with that massage place.

The two owners of the hotel were so generous and kind!! They were welcoming and a lovely presence around the hotel. Every morning they were so friendly!! And I will 10000% stay here again when I come back to Hanoi. Great hot water, great wifi, great people!

The front desk staff were very helpful and could speak English well. He helped us with booking tour for Ha Long Bay - luxurious and cheap. Also helped with locating various shops etc. The rooms were nice and clean! The hotel is very central and near to old quarter.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean, quiet, close to the old town. The room is furnished with everything you might need.

The room has no windows so the air gets stale after a while. Some of the bathroom objects were broken. Paid a little too much for this kind of room.
