Had a great stay in one of the chic wing rooms. The space was clean and bright, and we loved how our room on the eleventh floor was just a few steps to the gym, pool, and bar/restaurant. Staff were all very kind and helpful throughout the stay, and location was close to both the bustle of the old quarter and the relaxing vibes of West Lake. Definitely recommend!

The pool currently closes at 6pm, so it would be great if it could stay open a bit longer. However it’s near the restaurant and I understand the hotel wants to ensure swimming guests have privacy.

The room and hotel were lovely. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Christian took time to show us how to use the local taxi app and this was a godsend. He anlso had great cafe and restaurant recommendations. The hotel was always cool and welcoming and smelled gorgeous! A late checkout was excellent as we had a night flight and one of us had been ill for 3 days.

More sunloungers and less tables/chairs, plus more shade at the pool area would be good. 2 umbrellas isn’t enough for the people using the pool. Having food available at the rooftop bar would be good.

Highly recommend this hotel great location to all the important places in Hanoi. The room was very spacious and quiet despite the city is usually very noisy. Great facilities in the room, have a lovely bar at the top floor and restaurant. The reception staff went above and beyond to help us out with anything we needed, they are very kind and hospitable. We can’t thank them enough to make our stay so special and truly felt we were from home to home.

Breakfast could have been more choice but it’s maybe just personal preference.

Loved every single thing about our stay here. We were treated so well the moment we arrived, when we left to do the Ha Giang Loop, the staff offered to keep our bags and had them in the room for us when we returned. Breakfast was delicious, gym and pool fabulous. Special shoutout to Alice that was so helpful with everything for our whole stay, she even done out a map of Hanoi and marked all the best places for local food and coffee as well as must see sights and how to get there etc. We would have stayed longer if we could have! I would absolutely recommend La Jardin Haute Couture to everyone.

We had an amazing stay at Le Jardin Hotel Haute Couture the staff were always amazing and helpful throughout our whole trip and language barriers were no issue. The staff were super helpful and made sure we were looked after from the moment we arrived. The rooftop bar was a great place to relax and take in the sunset and the views from the breakfast / restaurant areas were also beautiful with views of the water and surrounding city scape. The location was great for us with shops and restaurants close by and Old Town an easy walking distance. We highly recommend Le Jardin Hotel Haute Couture for your trip to Hanoi!

Thanks to Le jardin team, helped us a lot! Stay was comfortable, calm Best bed ever slept ! Room was spacious, with efficient ventilation through windows (and room window and bathroom window). We had open view with the lake Breakfast was beautiful, we were fully satisfied, just maybe stronger coffee option is missing. Restaraunt has lake view Rooftop bar is good Surroundings are nice, few minutes walk to the lake. City center in 20 min by walk, or 5-7min by car We enjoyed our week in Le jardin! And again big thanks to the team!

Great service - very personal. The staff were amazing, especially Sophie, Taylor, Alice and Tracy! Jason was very helpful when one of us got lost at night. Lovely pool. Fabulous rooftop bar where you could watch the sunset. My wife loved the spa - amazing treatments and again lovely staff. We went for our 30th anniversary and they made us feel very special! Will definitely be recommending it to our friends!

Amazing hotel, in a very nice area, everything has been carefully thought, from the welcoming drink and the smile of wonderful Chris, to the breakfast with the view on the lake, the swimming pool, and don’t miss the very nice bar on top with live music ! I had 5 perfect nights that added serenity, a cocoon like atmosphere to my busy working journey. All staff are very nice and helpful. I totally recommend this place and I will definitely come back there next time !

What a lovely gem away from the chaos. Our room was spacious and quiet with really comfortable beds. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean. We felt really at home.

Breakfast could be served a bit later (for those that are jet legged).and the pool to stay open later so you could have an evening swim after being out all day. Maybe some more healthy cereal choices and more variety of fruit at breakfast.

Given how noisy Hanoi is, we were delighted that our room was so quiet. We couldn't hear any noises from outside in our room which we didn't think would be possible. The room and hotel facilities were lovely. There's also one of Hanoi's best rooftop bars at the hotel. Fantastic cocktails and view. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Particularly Daniel at reception who helped make sure our shuttle bus found us ok to take us to our next destination. The hotel breakfast had a separate vegan menu which was much appreciated.
