For starters, we arrived late and were warmly greeted by the staff, even at 11pm. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. But the real kicker? The desk staff! We had arrived early for a group tour, and Serena and Alice helped us get eSim cards for our phones, and looked through our itinerary and found activities and sights that we would otherwise have not been aware of. Even after we changed hotels to be with our group, Serena texted me that I had left my water bottle in the lobby. And we booked a motorbike tour with them. Lovely people!

Wonderful staff, very good breakfast options, and we even got upgraded for free! This hotel has the perfect distance from the city center without the noise and hustle of Hanoi. We highly recommend the Q Hotel if you're exploring Hanoi for a few days.

Location and all the amenities - room service, spa, breakfast buffet and a gym!!! Staff were lovely. Booked airport drop off and they called the previous day to confirm details and called again on the day when driver arrived.

Some mould growing around the bathroom sink and in some small areas of the shower - shower could use a deeper clean.

Reviews from previous guests highlighted the buffet breakfast and we were not disappointed. The staff were ever present to re-fill our tea or coffee with a bonus smile every time. The reception staff assisted us with any questions. The bed was very large and comfortable. The Q-Hotel arranged pick up from the airport worked well and our group of 4 weary Aussies appreciated the personal touch and a lovely welcome drink upon arrival at the Q-Hotel.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great and the rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean. We were fully satisfied with our stay. Special shoutout to David at the reception who helped me late at night to fix my flight fiasco with the most generous and helpful attitude. I am very thankful. Highly recommend this place.

The staff was quite helpful and kindly allowed me to check-in early (on a prior request). [Of course I was not entitled for the early check-in. It was given at their discretion as the room happened to be available.] The building looked nice, and the room was clean and well-equipped. Although the location is not very central, I could walk to the Old Quarter or Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, and take a short Grab ride back.

The room lacked a real window (it had a glass window, but the outside was just a concrete wall). But it looks like this is rather standard for a hotel in downtown Hanoi.

This is a fantastic hotel located close to the main Government ministries etc. The hotel was extremely clean and well-presented. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Lovely breakfast. There's a small gym on the top floor, containing two treadmills and a multi-weights unit. Everything worked properly. My room was very quiet and the air con kept it cool, despite the soring temperatures outside. Wi-fi was strong and reliable, and free! All in all, I couldn't have asked for more.

First and foremost, the staff was exceptional. They really went above and beyond. I've rarely felt as welcome in a hotel as I felt here. The breakfast was great, (they even made a completely different menu specifically for my vegetarian girlfriend), I can't speak of the buffet, since we got our breakfast delivered to our room every morning. The room was big and clean, and the bathroom was especially nice, with a luxurious bath and spacious shower.

The hotel restaurant was closed during our stay, probably due to the pandemic, which I didn't know in advance. (We had this with other hotels as well during our trip.) I imagine when tourism gets back to normal this will open back up. But since there's a good amount of restaurants nearby, it was really no issue.

A nice and clean hotel with delicious options for breakfast. The room was well soundproofed or the surrounding area and people there didn't make much noise. In any case, it helped to have a peaceful sleep. The staffs were exceptional helpful also.
