Big spacious room with gigantic double bed.

Crowded during breakfast time.

We had the deluxe upgraded room which had a sofa to sit, we stayed for 9 nights, good bed a bit on the harder side but good. Good water pressure. Good breakfast, excellent care. Do not miss visiting the top floor lounge for drinks. Good views great vibes. In the center but need to walk a bit, no big deal. Staff is wonderful, particularly Hero in the lobby. He will assist you with anything you need like a taxi for a lower price than Grab. Good price to value hotel.

Hotel looks like the photos but is older. They can invest in newer lamps perhaps on aromatizers to improve the smell which is not bad, just a bit older. Room darkening curtains need to be installed, I had to use eye shades. Unlike Vietnamese which wake up very early, tourists may not. I would recommend breakfast to last till 10:30am. The 9:30am limit is too early imo.

Staff was very polite and willing to help in everything we asked for. Location is very near the Old Town and many other sights, the area around the hotel is very interesting with a lot of eateries. The room was cleaned very well every day.

Should have a mirror, outside the bathroom, for lady’s makeups .. in room as standard. We booked 3 rooms but none has one. Food variety could improve and quality of dish, proper and authentic as can be especially Vnmese dishes.

Welcoming staff greeted us and got our luggage to our rooms while we were checking in. The rooftop restaurant and bar were a pleasant surprise as we had arrived late in the evening after a long travel day. Decent food with a good variety of options, great cocktails and a panoramic view of Hanoi. Our connecting family rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and an in room safe. The breakfast buffet was vast and delicious and met all of our family’s various dietary needs.

Thare is a school (?) next door that starts fairly early in the morning with multiple loud speaker announcements. We were up and going early each day, so it was our wake up call!

Beautiful building with elevators. Staff was wonderful and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious. Good air conditioning. Breakfast was the best one on our trip with a large dining area. So yummy!

Not a big concern but the shower wand was spraying in a variety of directions. We mentioned to front desk.

The employee 'Mr.HERO' was a very kind step. If I asked for help, I really did my best to help, and I was able to enjoy my stay at the hotel because of his kindness. The breakfast was good, the bedding was clean, and the room was moderately spacious. The bathroom was also large, so it was enough to use. I arrived late at night but was served welcome food. The gym was small, but there were all the equipment I would use. I also like the flat bowls and water bottles you gave me as a gift. If I go to Hanoi again, I will stay at this hotel again.

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The room was cozy yet luxurious, and the amenities were top-notch. The hotel has also a great location: everything was within walking distance. I especially loved the spa and the delicious food at the restaurant. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel experience in Hanoi.

Great location walking distance to everything you want to see and do. But on a fairly quiet street. The staff and the manager named Hero are phenomenal. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and are comfortable. Breakfast is very good with lots of options both Asian and Continental. And the shower was hot and very good water pressure!
