The staff were very friendly and did many things to make our stay happy and comfortable. They assisted in booking tours and solving simple problems such as finding medical advice or shopping needs. The breakfast staff were always ready to give personal attention such as cooking a special omelette and the cleaning staff were helpful and flexible. There are very friendly street food and dr in Kos establishments adjacent and ATM only 100 away. There is also an excellent spa and massage service.

The breakfast had good choices for multicultural food but I think adding baked beans as a choice would be helpful accompaniment to eggs or omelettes.

Location, location, location! Quenny & Magnus checked me in & even provided a complementary room upgrade. Quenny again greeted me with her warm sincere smile and gracious help the following morning & Joyce welcomed me back that evening as if I was an old family friend, giving me a complete description of the weekend’s special offerings/events). Operation Mgr Matt runs a clean facility with obliging staff. Without exception, Minasi Premium Hotel (I can’t speak to the hotels’ other lodgings) offered incredible hospitality and special personal touches that made me feel very welcome. Delicious buffet breakfast spread was included, where I could eat at my leisure while enjoying an incredible view. Room was simple and attractive and pillows/bed were very comfortable. Great hot water & water pressure. Every request/inquiry was promptly addressed, and if infectiously happy staff is an indicator of a hotel’s success, I would say Minasi is as good as it gets (I’m staying in another ‘fancier’ lodging tomorrow, but wish the group I’m meeting would instead consider Minasi Premium.)

We had a wonderful time at the Minasi hotel. The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were absolutely lovely. We were checked in and welcomed by Joyce, who was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the stay, offering us recommendations for food and things to visit that were not so touristy. She even left us a lovely surprise note to wish us a good rest of our trip in Vietnam. Thank you Joyce, we are really grateful for your kindness and hospitality! :)

Everything was great from the beginning. From the way Joyce received us at the start till the very end. They were exceptionally sweet, kind and helpful. All of them, the receptionist, the bell boy, the restaurant manager and the final see off receptionist.

The cleanliness, food, comfort….everything

We had a wonderful stay at Minasi. The hotel is well located in the Old Quarter and after coming back from Ha Long Bay we stayed there again. The hotel has everything you need and the staff are really kind and helpful, especially Duong Tuyet Nhi, she definitely made us feel at home making sure we were okay and comfortable. Thank you so much!

The least thing we enjoyed was probably the breakfast as it didn’t have many options but we went during the Tet Festival which is understandable.

The hotel was great and the staff were excellent, we requested for 2 single beds and would normally have to pay for such upgrade and the staff arranged this as a gesture of goodwill. Matt in the hotel was amazing, extremely hospitable and helped us arrange a day trip to Ha Long Bay. The room was spotless and cleaned daily would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Hanoi.

Breakfast was okay it was more of an Asian style breakfast but if you were not in breakfast at 7am a lot of things were gone and you had to ask staff if they could refill any parts for you.

I chose the hotel because of the good value as well as for being located close to the hotel where I would meet the group I would join for the following two weeks. I appreciated the fact that although it was situated in a busy and noisy area, the room was quiet and well insulated.

If you are a light sleeper or would like to sleep in make sure your room is not on the 12th floor like mine, as the breakfast room is right above and you can hear all the chairs being dragged on the floor and people getting busy above.

Location is good, you can reach those tourist attractions of Old Quarter within 15 minutes by a Grab. The hotel offers various choices of food for breakfast every morning.

A cleaning lady opened the door without asking even we hung up the “Do not disturb” sign on the door handle. But I guess this kind of thing might not happened often.

This is my second stay in Minasi premium hotel and it lives up to its premium name. The staff is exceptional providing amazing service and friendliness specifically Joyce. It’s located next to many local restaurants and coffee shops. Very good breakfast with fruits every morning.

Good location. Polite, helpful staff. Very protective of guests during Cyclone. Valuable suggestions re eating places, transport etc. Matt the manager was extremely helpful. Daisy was very proactive and kind.

Music and breakfast menus repeated day after day. Could do with some variation.
