Very helpful staff. Helped book tour, grabs, etc. Nice and clean, beds a bit hard but we found that was mostly the case everywhere compared to home, water pressure good. Breakfast ok. Western food toast, one flavour muffin, dinner rolls and 2 cereals. A 5 min walk to the night market. We loved the location as wasn't in the hustle and bustle so quiet but very close to walk to the market and easy place to catch a grab. Grab was $2 usd to get to the lake where there is lots happening. Hard to find somewhere super close to eat after 10pm. Great coffee shops across the road for early morning/afternoon fix. Would stay here again if we return.

The location is at the center of Hà Nội which is so easy to go around during daytime and night time. There are multiple restaurants and coffee shops around which is really convenient for having lunch or dinner.

The facility is good, however, there is a downside of a hotel which is a room service time. As they clean a room at the particular time everyday, it’s a bit hard to communicate with them with regard to scheduling the room service time during my stay. It’s better for a hotel to inquire guests about how often they want to have a room service throughout a week and what time works for the guest before their check-in. As they are a bit noisy in the morning which can easily wake you up as the room does not have a good noise isolation.

There are many things I like during our stay in Skylark. The receptionists are very, very friendly and super helpful especially Long, Thao & Thuy. Long assisted me with ALL our tours & itinerary before we even arrived there and even late at night. He also recommended a very good food tour guide (Nam). Thao & Thuy helped us with all our personal needs like where to eat, drink coffee & shop. The cleaning staff made sure that our room was clean and toiletries, coffee, tea and water are always complete. It's a 15-min walk from the Old Quarters but I like it better because it is not noisy and crowded. I highly recommend this hotel!!

the services at the hotel and was really impressed by the professionalism of the front desk staff, Thuy and Phuong Anh. Both of them were very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Thuy and Phuong Anh quickly and effectively addressed all my questions, making me feel comfortable and welcomed throughout my stay.

As for the hotel itself, the facilities are decent. While it may not be brand new, it still offers a comfortable, clean, and convenient stay. However, if the hotel could upgrade a few things, it would make the experience even better.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. The highlight was definitely the front desk staff, who were exceptional in their service. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made the stay much more pleasant.

the hotel itself felt outdated, with older facilities that could use some renovations to enhance the overall guest experience. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the swimming pool was located in a separate building, which made it less convenient to use.

Skylark Hotel gives me a sense of comfort, modernity, and perfection. The staff is very professional and friendly. The hotel is near the street, so quite convenient, one-way street but easy to get around, with a rooftop swimming pool, wide and beautiful view. The service at the hotel is very good. There is also overnight parking available. It was even more convenient when I got to experience excellent Spa services here. Thanks Skylark.

As we were first time travellers to Vietnam Hanoi can be a bit daunting lol but our stay at skylark made it so easy,the location was amazing ,and the staff could not have been more helpful ,organised our tours ,and made sure we always heading in the right direction when we left hotel ,showed us how to cross the road ,the breakfast was great

The room was clean with all basic amenities. The swimming pool is located next in the building next to ours, Skylark hotel on 9th floor . I liked the spacious, neat and sleek bathroom.

It was not worth booking a Superior double bed room at the cost of 44 euros for 1 night which didn't even include breakfast. Breakfast is only 100k VND per person.

We had a wonderful experience with the Halong tour recommended by Ms. Quenny. She was very helpful and provided great advice. The tour was reasonably priced and exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, the staff were extremely friendly, and everything was well organized. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend it to others!

While this hotel is not in the old quarter it is a short walk to there. Staff were exceptional and helpful. We had an 8ssue with our room the first night which was sorted the next morning. Of all the places we stayed on our trip through Vietnam this is one of the few I would stay again.

It is interesting that the accommodation is in one building but the dinning aera and pool are in the building 2 doors down
