I am going to write what happened to me and how I couldn't ask for a better place to stay! Honestly HNC Premier Hotel & Residences the perfect place one can ask for! This is going to be a long post but it's worth to read so it won't happen to you! When I arrived to the airport, a man approached me to book a taxi and showed me the grab application on his phone and honestly I was planned to book it myself from before, but I trusted him and I let him book it on his phone (which of course he didn't) I checked the price on my grab app and it was the same price and also told him that I wanted to go to an atm. Then he told me to go with another taxi driver and he stopped me at an atm. As soon as I entered my pin, the driver just got inside and started pressing the buttons and I got 2 million (which he took from the atm and gave them to me) At this point I already knew something was off. Before judging me, this was happening so fast, they are professionals. After the atm, he told me that I need to go with another taxi which was already there since this hotel is at the old quarter which this was another red flag, but I did go. As soon as I entered the second taxi I checked my account and noticed that 5 million were withdrawn, and at that point I knew that the guy from the airport, the first taxi driver and the second taxi driver which I was still with him were all connected to each other, but since I was alone I stayed quite. What I did is that when I left the car I grabbed all my things, I made sure that he sees me taking photos of his car and told him that I knew exactly what happened. When I entered the hotel I met the receptionist called Lee, and I told him what happened. I think Lee is one of the most helpful man on earth! He could have easily told me go to the Police (which I was happy to do so if he told me to) but what he did is that he spoke to another guy who works at the same hotel, and somehow he managed to bring all my money back!

we stayed only for one night but it’s very convenient location a grocery store near by is a big plus and the staff are out standing the reception staff(appo and another guy) helped us with every thing we asked for,they arranged halong bay cruise for 1 night was out standing and they kept our luggage in their hotel for free when we went to the cruise trip.special thanks to all the staff hope to see u soon

1) true to the earlier reviews, the staff were very friendly, often checking in on us to ensure we are comfortable 2) location- it is within walking distance to many places in the Old Quarter yet tucked away from the main street so you won't hear the traffic. Great for light sleepers like me. However do note that the neighbours are always doing some form of construction and they start as early as 6am regardless of weekend/weekdays. 3) Space - the suite was spacious for our family. Will recommend it for families travelling with young children. We brought indoor slippers after reading the earlier reviews - Will recommend as my kid's feet was black whenever he ran off without his indoor slippers

1) Housekeeping was slightly slip shod. It was generally clean and the trash was always cleared but the sheets had spots on them when we arrived and were Still there till we checked out. Shows that the housekeeper didn't put in effort to do a thorough check and clean. We also ran out of shower gel for 2 days and it wasn't replenished until we raised it to the housekeeper. There were also water marks on the dining and coffee tables but those are minor issues 2) lack of electricity on our last night. I know it's out of the staff's control but who turns off the electricity from 4am to 10am when guests are asleep?! The staff did come by at 10pm the night before to inform us but the lack of a backup plan which eventually led to the discomfort of guests is quite appalling

The stay was fantastic. We stayed as a family and I couldn't have asked more from them. They arranged everything at genuine cost - Halong bay tour and Ninh Binh day tour. They even adjusted few last minute request. They always greeted when we were there and always ready to help. The apartment was comfy and had all required amenities. There was also a nearby supermart from where we could buy things to cook ourselves. Location was fantastic, everything is walkable from here. If you want you can book a grab taxi which comes in just 2 min. If anyone is looking for quiet, peaceful and comfy stay in an apartment near old quarters of Hanoi, one should stay here.

Nothing to not like. But as a suggestion, do include a mixer to make the kitchen perfect.

The stuff was so polite, nice and funny. All of them are very supportive and and is always up for a laugh.

There is a huge kitchen in the Apartment but no cooking utensils available. The pictures look a little different than the apartment really is.

The staff at this hotel were amazing and made the experience so fantastic. They were so accommodating with us when our flights were ere leaving and arranging that we could check out late. They were so great with our kids too always offering them snacks and paying attention to them. The hotel accommodations were really great too, we had 2 bedrooms and a kitchen which was great for travelling with little ones. The beds were comfy and there was good amount of kitchen supplies. The location was excellent as well. It was just off the main road in an allley which made it nice and quiet. I highly recommend!

This hotel is in a lovely quiet part of Hanoi so it was very peaceful to sleep at night. Staff were super friendly and always ready to help out when needed. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious! Perfect place to stay 😊

Unfortunately on the first night the elevator broke so we heard a big bang and lots of commotion in the morning which woke us up early after a late night as there was lots of panic and shouting - however I’m aware this was a once off and nothing they could control. They had the issue resolved by later that day and the elevator was fixed again - very sufficient!

Great location -- quiet but close to the action. The staff are unparalleled -- Apple, Lee, and Leo were all wonderful and helped give us pointers for Hanoi as well as booking airport rides. The AC and elevator worked great also. Housekeeping staff came every day (unless we hung "do not disturb" sign). Having extra space and not just a one-room hotel was a game changer for making our trip relaxing.

The tub is high (mid-thigh for me, and I am 5'5"), so be careful getting in and out of the shower.

Everything. Theres nothing to complain. The place was a bit hidden in an alley, but not far from main road. Good that its quiet, but very close to the business of old quarter Staffs at front desk are very nice, friendly and super helpful..there were 3 people that we met and they were all very nice. Room was spacious, and super super super clean. Bed, bedsheet, towel, they were all in good condition and decent quality. Sometimes you find accomodation with not so nice amenities, but definitely not this one. Even the toilet paper was thick and soft Very nice touches to add to a comfortable stay And they also gave us a bday cake for my daughters bday. We wanted to eat with them in the morning after, but didnt have time since we had a halongbay cruise to do. It was a very sweet gesture though☺️ They can also arrange airport pickup + dropoff , cruise and laundry. Everything was efficient and professional. Very recomended for someone visiting hanoi 👍 Note: didnt take photos in our stay. But we are coming back there after sapa visit..they keep our luggages while we are travelling.. i will post pics in next review.
