Our stay here was absolutely amazing, the staff are communicative and understanding. We stayed here 2 times, and they let us leave us bags whilst doing a couple of night trip elsewhere. They were stored safely and securely. The hotel is quiet and a lovely break from the noise and hustle and bustle of Hanoi. The amenities are great, all toiletries, snacks and water and the communal kitchen was fab! Lots of free things to use if you want to make your own meals and snacks and the laundry facilities are great, they provide detergent. We never had an issue with needing to wait for other people’s laundry. The hotel is clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable! What’s more, it felt like a home away from home as they booked us into the same room as before! Please book here!

Everything was great, the room was really nice and clean and they gave us free snacks and drinks. However, the most outstanding thing about this place was the customer service. I managed to lose my passport on my way from the airport and Emy went an extra length to help me add much add possible, she talked to the people in the lost and found department and the airport and after realising that it was in the taxi she managed to communicate with the driver who gave my passport back. I would have been completely lost without her! So thank you so much for everything!!!

We had a really positive experience staying at An Nguyen Boutique Hotel. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and modern, and it was nice that they included free water and snacks:) They also had a big TV with Netflix, which was convenient! There’s a shared common area upstairs that’s definitely worth mentioning. It’s a nice space with free coffee, biscuits, and even a kitchen for guests to use. What really set this place apart, though, was the staff. They were genuinely friendly and went above and beyond to help us. We needed to organise a hospital appointment during our stay, and they took the time to assist us with it, which we really appreciated. On the day of our flight, even after we’d checked out, they let us use the shower so we could freshen up before heading to the airport. A special mention to Celina—she was amazing. She communicated with us over WhatsApp and was always quick to respond, super friendly, and incredibly helpful. Overall, we felt really looked after during our stay. The combination of a clean, well-equipped hotel and such thoughtful staff made it a place we’d definitely recommend and would stay at again. Good location too.. we were always only a 10 min walk from some cool cafes and grab arrived outside your hotel within a couple minutes of booking.

If you don't mind noise the basement room is fine to book (it's actually next to the reception) but if you do get disturbed by noise easily just ensure to book the standard rooms. You won't get given the basement room unless you book it (it's a cheaper option).

The service, location, cleanliness is absolutely top notch. It’s walking distance to the church, lake and many cafés and restaurants in the heart of Hanoi. The service was our favourite part of the stay. Truly made Hanoi super special! Celina reached out to us on watsapp and was super reliable and courteous throughout. We had a 3 am check in and she had everything arranged and was available throughout. The rooms were cleaned everyday and the free snacks were such a nice touch. Absolutely loved the hotel. Celina is a gem and we definitely will be rebooking on our next visit!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and were impressed by several aspects of the property. The location is fantastic—just a few steps from the night market, which we enjoyed exploring. The staff were exceptional, going out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the rooftop terrace, which offered a nice spot to relax. For the price, the hotel offers great value, and I would highly recommend it.

The only downside was some noise coming from the bathroom air vent, as we could hear sounds from the common areas. However, this was easily resolved by keeping the bathroom door closed, so it didn’t significantly impact our experience.

The hotel was so great with a lot of facilities. They have open pantry with refrigerator, cooking utensils, oven to reheat your food, hot water, water dispenser, washing machine with dryer with detergent and clear instructions, free coffee and tea, sachets, light biscuits and a small balcony for you to relax. Moreover, the staffs were so good in communicating via online. They did text me via whatsapp to check on prior the stay. They are quite fluent in english and they are very helpful and friendly. The location was just nice. Nearby and walking distance to the market. Everything was so perfect about the hotel. They do have a bathtub which was clean. They do give few complimentary that extra points for them.

They might state that there is bathtub so i might have been prepared with bath bombs. Or they can provide that as a complimentary too.

Our favorite hotel in Hanoi! My boyfriend and I discovered this gem on TikTok and loved it so much, we’ve stayed here twice already. It truly feels like a home away from home. The location is super convenient, the reception team is incredibly welcoming and accommodating, and the shared amenities—like the washer, dryer, and coffee station—are such a bonus. The rooms are modern, spacious, and spotless. We honestly have nothing but great things to say and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi

the hotel is at very convenient location at old quarter but very quite at night, comfortable to rest with soft bed. The staff is very helpful and responsive- especially Celina is so sweet and helped us to change room when our initial room has issue with the shower and sewage. She also helped us to book tour, motorbike and bus ticket with cheap price. Very awesome service! The room also comes with complimentary snacks and free coffee in the kitchen, and free laundry!

the bathtub is not properly sealed to the wall thus water is coming out to the bathroom floor when showering.
