Outstanding Service and Perfect Stay We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind — truly something we’ve never experienced before. They were always available, took their time with us, and explained everything thoroughly. The airport transfer also went smoothly, even though we arrived at the airport an hour later than originally planned. Everything was handled professionally and without any issues. Our room was beautiful and clean. Honestly, we couldn’t have wished for anything more. The location of the hotel is also perfect — close to everything we needed. What stood out most, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They made our stay truly special, and we’re very grateful for that. Highly recommended!

A really great boutique hotel in the Old Quarter. Located on a quiet side street/alley between two main streets (one of which with a night market on weekends), the hotel is in a perfect location. The staff were great, easy to communicate with via WhatsApp, provided a map with some great suggestions in the area at check in and checked in each day to make sure I had everything I needed. I had a balcony room with a great view of the streets and rail line below. A great place to sit, especially when the weather gets a bit cooler. Lastly, while I was there a typhoon hit Hanoi. This meant that nothing around was open, and I was unable to leave the hotel. The staff were fantastic throughout this, calling and keeping everyone updated with the latest government updates, providing snacks and dinner for everyone at the hotel and just generally being available. It was quite an unusual and stressful situation, so to have such a communicative, thoughtful and trustworthy hotel was a real blessing. Overall, a fantastic stay and I'll be staying here whenever I'm back in Hanoi.

Booked the hotel for my daughter and her cousin who were backpacking, the hotel were very helpful with arranging an airport pickup and helping translate with the police when a passport was stolen, the ladies on reception are a credit to the hotel.

Clean, safe great location in walking distance of the old city yet quiet.

It's located very close to the Old Quarter, which is lively and bustling, especially with the upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival in Vietnam. There are many fun places to visit nearby. Although it's near the market, it closes around 6 PM, so the area becomes quiet and safe at night. It's just a 2-minute walk to Dong Xuan Market, where you can find delicious food, clothes, and souvenirs. Nearby, there's a night market, but unfortunately, it only opens on weekends, so I didn’t get to visit. The staff at the hotel were a big highlight for me. They were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, even helping me order a Grab taxi. The location for getting a ride is just a 1-minute walk away. I booked a single room for a short stay, and it was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. If I have the chance to come back, I would love to book a room with a balcony overlooking the train tracks. Overall, a wonderful experience

My stay at this hotel was truly impressive. While the room itself was fairly average — clean, functional, and with all the basics covered what truly made the experience memorable was the outstanding service and hospitality provided by the staff. From check-in to check-out, every interaction felt sincere and professional. The team consistently went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after, always with genuine warmth and attention to detail. We faced an unexpected change in travel plans and had to adjust our stay at the last minute. The staff handled the situation quickly and smoothly, offering support without hesitation. It really made a difference. If you’re looking for a hotel where the staff treat you like a valued guest rather than just a booking number, this is the place. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The room was clean and tidy, with good air conditioning and a well-supplied bathroom—perfect for a short stay. I’ve stayed here before and returned because of the friendly staff, they take very good care of me by asking about the comfort of my room, change the towels and toilet paper everyday

Lovely stay in a wonderful little hotel. The room was clean, and the bed was huge and very comfy. Would happily stay here again. Roxy was very accommodating and helpful if you needed anything.

Customer service was top notch. They already have a list and map ready for first time travellers to the area, as well as a list of restaurant recommendations nearby the hotel. They were quick to ask if I needed any assistance with airport transportation, as well as keeping in touch ahead of time of my stay. They can organise any trips within Vietnam, if you wish to travel outside Hanoi. Staff were welcoming and warm. Very helpful. Great English ability, so communication was easy if you don’t know Vietnamese. Staff made it very clear that I had booked a room with no external windows. Very few places in Hanoi’s Old Quarter have rooms with a view. I was not disappointed, because I knew what I had booked.

Nothing in particular about the property itself. It’s a great option if you want to be in the Old Quarter. Rooms were clean and they provided the basic amenities. Minimal noise in property. It was located in an alley, so accessing it via car to front door isn’t possible during the day, with stores open. I wouldn’t recommend for anyone with mobility issues to stay in Old Quarter (generally).

Rosie an her staff are really customer service oriented, they are helpful, seek feedback and pay attention to details. Exceptional. Laundry service is great also (really clean and smells fresh without a lot of perfume) and for a good price per kg. The room was clean and tidy, they clean every day. I would say they that their customer service is at least a four star rate. Their english and communication skills are an asset. I would definitely come back again.

Nothing much, just to be clear and to prepare you: the location is in the middle of an alley (exit possible from two ways) and next to the rails. It is a bit dark in the alley at night but the zone is safe, at the end fo the short alley you will find yourself next to main street and a market. You get used to that access easily. The location is 15 min walking distance from the vibrant heart of Hanoï. The train passes one or two times at night making some noise for just a minute or two, it is part of the experience I say and you get used to that easily. So go for it.

Fairly unique property with the balcony overlooking the train tracks. The kids loved watching the trains arrive and everyone getting on and off. The trains are fairly infrequent, and there is good sound insulation (can barely distinguish the train to the aircon) so don’t disturb you. The property is in the north of the old quarter, good location for markets and not too far to walk to beers street and top of lake. Though genuinely the staff were the most helpful and friendly of all we met through Vietnam (and most are!) they really did go out of their way to help.

It is a little hard to find down an alleyway of little commercial/ wholesalers. Not the most salubrious of locations but still quite unique and felt safe (aside from the motorbike dodging as every little lane!)
