This was a great hotel and I was very pleased with my choice. The suite I booked looked exactly like the photos, it was very comfortable. There were heaps of power sockets, some already with USB outlets which made charging things so much easier. The breakfast was also really good and the staff supplied me with a breakfast to take with me when I had an early trip to Ha Long Bay.

Communication between staff. I'd paid the day I arrived but the staff was unsure of whether I had paid when I left. Please upgrade processes so that customers don't get questioned as to whether they have paid or not when they are about to leave. It put a dampener on the whole stay.

The hotel is located in the old quarter area and is very accessible to all shops, local restaurants, and transportation. Every weekend, there is a night market, and this hotel is conveniently situated just in front of it, which is very nice! We booked a triple room on the 6th floor. The room is quite spacious, and the beds are comfy too. The staff were so friendly; cheers to Stephen and Nas, as they were very accommodating to our needs and requests. It was kind of them to allow us to leave our big luggage at the hotel for 3 days free of charge since we were traveling to Sapa. This hotel offers a good price and a good breakfast too! I highly recommend this hotel! It's just a few minutes' walk to Beer Street and cafes around. I love how this hotel is very accessible to everything—shopping, cafes, and tourist attractions. We will definitely be coming back.

During our first night, the AC was not working properly. We tried to call reception, but the telephone in the room didn’t work either; there was no dial tone. We weren’t able to go down to inform reception since we were so tired and arrived very late from Sapa. So it was quite warm while we were sleeping. The next day, we informed the reception, and they took immediate action. Even though the room is quite spacious for a triple room, since we had three large luggages, there wasn't enough space to open them in the room. Maybe the hotel should consider removing some furniture in the room so that guests can have more space to walk and open their luggage.

Good location, has a tv, we requested a bathtub room which we received, comfortable beds

Our wifi didn’t work in our room due to a broken wire which they came to fix temporarily but it was still a bit of a pain. Also the bath tub had to be filled up with the shower head and we found it leaked very badly so had to use our towels to clean up the water. Other than this it was a very comfortable hotel

The service was excellent. Hannah and Tiana were literally at my beckon call. My computer broke down and they called a computer guy. I asked where I could buy a SIM card and I called in a guy to sell me one. They helped me book all my tours and a bus to Cat Ba Island when I left. The service was extraordinary.

The hotel is placed in the heart of the Old Quarter but in our room it was quiet. The room is pretty small but in this area it seems to me its a norm. The breakfast was OK. As everywhere in Vietnam, if you want to pay by card, on the to there will be 3%. There was a mistake in charging extra. When we checked a bank account and then contacted the property, they sent a difference to the next hotel where we were staying.

Amazing place to stay, looks exactly like the pictures. They actually upgraded us to a bigger room without us asking which was really nice. Nice breakfast in the mornings. The staff were all very helpful and spoke very good English, helped to call and book a show. Unfortunately there were some construction works happening next door while we were there which is not the hotels fault at all and they did offer us to change room to get away from the noise. Also excellent location, would 100% recommend staying here

What made the stay for me was the incredible staff. Stephen, Hazel, Nas, and Vie were all so friendly and helpful. I stayed for 4 nights total and Stephen helped me organize and plan my adventures around and outside Hanoi including the Ha Giang loop which was amazing, can't recommend booking this tour in particular through them enough. The room was comfortable and a perfect home base for everything in Hanoi. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Location right in the middle of the Old Quarter. The friendly, helpful staff. Air-conditioning in room was great. I needed it with the 32°c and 80% humidity outside 🥵 Organised a taxi to airport at real price. $20. (Beware of taxi price from the airport on arrival should be 300k dong 😞) 24 hour front desk and most staff spoke English. Organise tours as well at good prices.

Breakfast was a bit average but adequate and included in price.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the old Center. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We had a very quiet room for a good nights rest. The staff was very polite and helpful. They even stored our luggage for us. Breakfast is super tasty and you can choose between different things. thank you so much for the great stay

The rooms are not huge but perfect for a good stay as you have enough space for the luggage to rearrange and sit a bit.

This is a clean well appointed and beautifully staffed hotel. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing!!

For where this hotel is there is not much to dislike about this place. It is not large and spacious, but it is definitely beautiful and boutique.
