Bed wasn't the most comfortable.

there is a lobby with someone 24/7 at the desk. very helpful staff. location is perfect. spa in the same building with reasonable prices. rooms are cleaned every day. everything functions well.

humidity, rooms are a bit old. rooms are smaller than in the photos. what is annoying is that when you want to switch off the lights in the bathrooms , you have to take out the card and it makes the use of conditioner impossible. so you either sleep with lights or with humidity without conditioner.

The staff is very elegant and friendly with excellent customer service. Breakfast was not covered in the price so it doesnt matter, and I have no comment on this. The room seems to have been renovated recently so it looks nice or even better than it does in the website.

The smell of chemical liquid for cleaning and washing is still strong, it’d better to clean the room and wash the beddings with less chemical detergent. Above all, the room and toilet is very clean and tidy.

The hotel is a very good value for the price. The location is excellent, in the heart of the city, walkable distance from lots of things. The owners are nice, the hotel is quite comfortable and clean. We liked also having different lights in the room, small tables and a fridge.

The room was too dark. In the description it says it has 2 small windows, but didn't expect them not being windows to the outside, so no real natural light. As we spent most of our time outside during the day, it was still ok.

Our rooms were bright and airy, spacious and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful, and went way beyond the norm when we needed extra help in an emergency. The location was perfect for easy access to everywhere central and we loved staying there.

Stayed for 9 nights after breaking my leg during a motor biking trip in northern Vietnam. I could not move far from my room but Linda and her team could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.. Thank you all

The only down part was that the bed was a bit to hard for me. I like hard mattresses but I think this one was old.

It was my first trip to Hanoi, so I was a little worried, but I was really happy to have found such a good hotel. The staff at the reception were also very friendly and everything in the room was clean and well organized. I plan to stay here on my next trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended!
