Super friendly and welcoming staff, especially the reception manager Linda. I received lots of good information for example about great local restaurants but was also given good advice about the city already before arriving. Room was very clean, comfortable and decorated very cutely Vietnamese style. The bed and pillows were also super comfortable and I especially enjoyed the quietness in the room (absolutely no noice from the streets even as the location was central). Ac was also very good. I enjoyed the fitness room which had fan, ac and very good treadmill. Also the location near the lake was really nice!

The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the middle of the Old Quarter with walking access to all the shops and restaurants. The Old Quarter never sleeps!

My room did not have a window. I’ve noticed in Vietnam that this is not always clear when booking. I was offered to pay for an upgraded room with a window and when I saw the room, it actually would have made no difference as the window opened onto a wall so there was no natural light anyway. I booked this hotel specifically for the gym which was a huge disappointment. A tiny room, like a broom closet, so small that the door wouldn’t even close, containing an old treadmill, a bench, and 2 weight plates! Very very disappointing.

Very comfortable, spacious room for our group of three adults, very friendly and helpful staff, small but good gym with treadmill, central location close to all the main sites, excellent value for money.

Everything was great, but WiFi was erratic, and it would be better if the hotel allowed guests sharing a room to have more than one room key

The hotel is located in the center and everything is so close. Very clean and big room in a quiet area. Breakfast has a big variety and was delicious. Appreciated the upgrade of our room as a family with no cost. Linda helped us to organize successfully all the excursions and activities. Thanks a lot to Linda and hotel staff that following cancelation of Halong Bay 2 day trip due to bad weather worked to find a solution for our accommodation as there was not available room in this hotel at that day. Much appreciated the professionalism, kindness and all the efforts to make us feel comfortable and happy!

Location was good, very near night market. Rating was given for the exceptional service. All the staff were always friendly and helpful. My friend had tummy upset, and staff brought hot ginger tea to our room for her. When my friend misplaced her watch charger, the staff turned the beds and checked. We had already left for Sapa when they found it but Saffron promptly arranged to deliver it by express service. Through it all, she updated us regularly and explained the fees. We could feel her sincerity in keeping my friend worry free. We also loved the breakfast cafe. It was cosy and we were served with smiles always. We sat beyond breakfast hours chatting and were not chased away. For the impressive serivce, a big thumbs up!

The hotel room was kind of dated. Would be good to have reburbishment. We were on the highest level and there were some furniture stored outside our room. Rather unsightly. Do not stay on highest level if you cannot climb stairs. There is a steep flight of stairs to go after the elevator stops at highest floor it could go. The gym was very bare....then again, we had no time to use.

We stayed here multiple times during our stay in Vietnam and enjoyed it every time! The staff is amazing - Linda and her team went out of their way to assist us, and Linda was always on call (WhatsApp), replying within minutes and helping us with all of our transport and tour arrangements. Upon our first arrival, we were provided with a list of places to see and eat, which was very helpful during our first few days in Hanoi. Also the location is great in the middle of Old Quarter. Highly recommend staying here!

The gym is small but has basic ammenties for functional style workouts. We enjoyed it 😊

From the moment we booked Linda and her team have been in communication with us to assist with practically anything. From trips, taxis to local food recommendations. The property was right in the main hustle and bustle old quarter of the city but the rooms managed to be quiet and comfortable (But we did have the top floor). Breakfast was amazing every morning and cooked fresh.

We did mainly choose the property for the treadmill what unfortunately broke the day we arrived but there was a gym close by. There was an engineer called out to fix it but they needed to order a part. Not the hotels fault but unfortunate. It’ll be fixed by the time you read this. 😂

Hotel is ideally located in the centre (Old quarter). Restaurants, places of interest, shops and markets are all within walking distance. Premises are immaculately cleaned on a daily basis and room (executive suite) was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect... Additionally, the main asset of the hotel is its wonderful staff. We have been to many hotels all over the world and never experienced such hospitality, friendliness and professionalism. Linda, the hotel manager, is impeccable in her work. She organised everything for us, airport transfers, tours, sim card and really proved that she really cares about customers and always tries her best to provide the best possible service. Saffron (Cha) and Chloe, the other members of this amazing team, are just marvellous. They always surpass themselves in order to accommodate clients’ needs. They offer suggestions, advice but also keep close and honest relations with customers. They are reliable and trustworthy and it was a real pleasure to have met them both. We actually consider them as very good friends, even though we interacted for a limited period of time. We will never forget their kindness and hopefully to meet them again in a future visit. Congratulations to the three aforementioned team members and the other staff, who contributed to a memorable trip!!!

Everything was perfect!!!

Prime location, Right in the middle of old quarter! Breakfast was nice with an a la carte menu instead of buffet to reduce waste! Choices on the menu is nice and can order as much as you like! Staff are very helpful and helped us to arrange transport to airport! Lots of massage shops on that street !

Delivery for breakfast items are quite slow but the food are nice. May I suggest can leave some toast / cereal (non perishable) for self service so to make it half buffet so guest can be occupied with some food while waiting.

This small hotel surpassed my expectations. It’s cosy and has a home- feeling to it. The staff provided me with the best personal experience ever. The Hotel Manager Ms. Linda is a star and her and her team ( Ms. Chloe and Ms. Saffron/ Chang) took care of everything to help me indulge in the best experiences in Hanoi, from providing a local SIM card to booking various tours and arranging early breakfast prior my tours. The staff, who spoke good English were always available and were always happy to engage in interesting conversations and make valuable recommendations about places to visit in Hanoi and adjacent areas. I highly recommend this hotel. And I commend Ms. Linda and her team on their professionalism in making sure every client have their need catered for. A BIG thank you to all of them.

I wish I had more time at the Luxury Old Quarter Hotel to enjoy Hanoi and the surroundings regions more.
