The hotel is located in the old quarter area and is very accessible to all shops, local restaurants, and transportation. Every weekend, there is a night market, and this hotel is conveniently situated just in front of it, which is very nice! We booked a triple room on the 6th floor. The room is quite spacious, and the beds are comfy too. The staff were so friendly; cheers to Stephen and Nas, as they were very accommodating to our needs and requests. It was kind of them to allow us to leave our big luggage at the hotel for 3 days free of charge since we were traveling to Sapa. This hotel offers a good price and a good breakfast too! I highly recommend this hotel! It's just a few minutes' walk to Beer Street and cafes around. I love how this hotel is very accessible to everything—shopping, cafes, and tourist attractions. We will definitely be coming back.

During our first night, the AC was not working properly. We tried to call reception, but the telephone in the room didn’t work either; there was no dial tone. We weren’t able to go down to inform reception since we were so tired and arrived very late from Sapa. So it was quite warm while we were sleeping. The next day, we informed the reception, and they took immediate action. Even though the room is quite spacious for a triple room, since we had three large luggages, there wasn't enough space to open them in the room. Maybe the hotel should consider removing some furniture in the room so that guests can have more space to walk and open their luggage.

The hotel is placed in the heart of the Old Quarter but in our room it was quiet. The room is pretty small but in this area it seems to me its a norm. The breakfast was OK. As everywhere in Vietnam, if you want to pay by card, on the to there will be 3%. There was a mistake in charging extra. When we checked a bank account and then contacted the property, they sent a difference to the next hotel where we were staying.

Amazing place to stay, looks exactly like the pictures. They actually upgraded us to a bigger room without us asking which was really nice. Nice breakfast in the mornings. The staff were all very helpful and spoke very good English, helped to call and book a show. Unfortunately there were some construction works happening next door while we were there which is not the hotels fault at all and they did offer us to change room to get away from the noise. Also excellent location, would 100% recommend staying here

What made the stay for me was the incredible staff. Stephen, Hazel, Nas, and Vie were all so friendly and helpful. I stayed for 4 nights total and Stephen helped me organize and plan my adventures around and outside Hanoi including the Ha Giang loop which was amazing, can't recommend booking this tour in particular through them enough. The room was comfortable and a perfect home base for everything in Hanoi. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Location right in the middle of the Old Quarter. The friendly, helpful staff. Air-conditioning in room was great. I needed it with the 32°c and 80% humidity outside 🥵 Organised a taxi to airport at real price. $20. (Beware of taxi price from the airport on arrival should be 300k dong 😞) 24 hour front desk and most staff spoke English. Organise tours as well at good prices.

Breakfast was a bit average but adequate and included in price.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the old Center. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We had a very quiet room for a good nights rest. The staff was very polite and helpful. They even stored our luggage for us. Breakfast is super tasty and you can choose between different things. thank you so much for the great stay

The rooms are not huge but perfect for a good stay as you have enough space for the luggage to rearrange and sit a bit.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a great shower. Air conditioning was great and kept the entire room at a comfortable and cool temperature. The location was perfect and a short walk to the heart of the Old Quater. Breakfast was included.

Only very minor things like the toilet seat being loose and there being no shelf in the shower.

Very good and convenient location. Just 3 mins walk to Dong Xuan market; 18 mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and 13 mins walk to Train Street. The weekend night market is right in front of the hotel. The mangers are young, handsome and speak good English. Staff are helpful. The breakfast is a decent spread of fruits; vegetables salad; noodles/rice; bread/buns with coffee and tea.

The water closet or air con rather noisy.

the breakfast wasn’t good and if we arrived 30 minutes before breakfast was over there usually wasn’t much to eat as they didn’t refill any of the dishes. I didn’t like how the room didn’t have a proper window looking out onto anything. Either obscured glazing just to allow natural light in or very high windows looking out onto utilities on the roof

Everything was just great! Clean room, very good location, and most important is they have a great set of staff. Our room is always clean and the receptionists are very welcoming and ready to help. I will stay here again once we're back in Vietnam
